And take actions also like exxercise yoga etc. I did it and got my ideal body😊

@@cheturathod4490 yup i said bcz i was unhealthy from age 12-18yrs. With 28-30kg weight. Guess my condition ? So finally i thought that for once i should try it. My mind can help me and then today i am fully healthy, confident and get proper body weight😊
