- When Anakin arrived to Palpatine's Office he helped Palpatine escape and crush the Jedi. What If Anakin decided that he would help the Jedi and the Republic? What would happen to the Jedi after they killed Sidious? Would Mace Windu be more supportive of Anakin Skywalker because of his loyalty to the Jedi Way? How would the clone wars finish out?

All too often these stories go "and the war instantly ended and all was well", this is very refreshing.
Well, this scenario would have basically instantly ended. Mas Amida isn’t the chancellor, and cannot give order 66 even if Palpatine told him about it, which I don’t believe there’s any canon evidence that he ever did.
Even if commander Fox himself was fanatically loyal to the chancellor and attacked the Jedi, you would not be able to get the rest of the grand Army to attack them like this .
I like the idea of exploring an alternate universe in which both cultures, the Jedi and the Sith, are extinguished in one day. The last Sith is executed, and the Jedi are sieged inside their temple. Would make a pretty interesting but bleak movie, especially if you explored the deep history between the Sith and the Jedi.@@Matt-yg8ub

The way I saw that opening scene ending was this:

Anakin: (using Palpatine's own words from earlier against him) "Kill him. Kill him now."
*Anakin gives Palpatine a sarcastic "what goes around comes around" smirk right before helping Windu kill him
Sounds like Order 66 was triggered as a fail safe if Darth Sidious was killed.

About five seconds after the end of their call with Mas Amida Anakin should’ve been on the com to Padme immediately. Mas IS NOT the supreme chancellor, and therefore could not execute order 66. There’s no way he would be able to activate the clone armies against the Jedi without confirmation from the Senate.
Yet Palpatine as of that point was the senate, leaving Mas Amida his successor incase anything wrong happens to him. Tho I doubt he'd knew about order 66 so he'd have to do more political wise instead!

What could probably happen is instead of using the inhibitor chips they could instead use the display of the Jedi attacking Palpatine and given he is now the faux Chancellor he can tell the clones to exterminate the Jedi as they have turned on them. So it's not really a force with order 66 but instead using their betrayal as the cause of the clone betrayal.

Yes you are correct that Windu played right into Palpatine’s hands by attacking the chancellor and committing treason against the republic which justifies the execution of order 66….. There’s no such thing as a de facto chancellor, the Senate has to actually appoint a new one before they would have the legal authority to do anything like this. Palpatine can’t just leave a note on his desk saying that in the event of my demise my buddy Miles gets to take my job, that’s not legal

@@gwaheeboo4216 My idea was that without Sidious's dark presence, Maul would be more relaxed since his abuser was dead. He could help prove that Palpatine was a Sith lord by recognizing the saber as the same one that killed Savage.
But yeah, the idea of Maul testifying in Anakin's defense is kind of ridiculous.

And it is ridiculous, but they could have made a scene where he testified for immunity, letting him walk free for condemning his master and spilling the beans. Itd make for a really cool scene like when ashoka was put on trial but with way more security, they could even reintroduce Ysalamiri to the wider audience as something of a last resort for the jedi to use. Idk just the idea of maul standing before the jedi council and testifying and all that tension moght make for a good dramatic scene

My idea would be that while Anakin would be found guilty, he wouldn't be executed since he saved the Republic from being taken over by the Sith. After everything, Anakin would decided to leave the Jedi Order, no longer wanting to be a Jedi Master, instead just wanting to be with Padme and their family.
The trial would be broadcasted across the republic, including Kamino where the Bad Batch learns about Anakin and Padme's marriage. (Needless to say that they would feel pretty awkward about it.)

I like that this is actually just kind of a "CIS wins" ending. Because ultimately, signing a treaty to end the war with recognition from the Republic as a separate, sovereign state was exactly what they wanted. They never wanted to conquer the Republic, just for the fighting to end with their new state intact and not being reabsorbed into the Republic.

What if Darth Zannah was a Jedi?
Either she refrains from killing the Jedi who originally comes for her, or another Jedi takes her instead soon after, assuming Bane doesn't find her or a twin of some kind exists. She undergoes training until she becomes a Jedi Knight or perhaps even a Jedi Master.
Then, she receives one of two visions. The first vision portrays Anakin or Luke as the chosen one. She believes in the prophecy and enters stasis, intending to train them to confront Palpatine during the Clone Wars or the time of the Empire.
The second vision involves Palpatine himself, maybe as the Emperor. Believing that she is the chosen one due to this, she enters stasis until the Clone Wars, awakened by the Force or some other catalyst. To fight him herself.
To maintain her characterization as the Zannah we know and love, she excels as a master of Form Three and is proficient in Jedi Alchemy or sorcery, perhaps even both. I think the second vision would make for a better story, as training Anakin/Luke videos are already abundant on your channel.

Thank you for another well done story. The bond was a fresh, yet comprehensible direction to take with the Mas power grab coming across as a natural progression.
What if (and this will sound wild) R2 had a secret droid army he used to help the rebellion? It is an expansion of the situation from the Citadel rescue where he reprogrammed the Battle droids who, at the end, said it was an honor to serve with him. Go to R2's mission with D-squad infiltrating the Separatists fleet, he discovers the shut down code and adds a restart one that places that fleet under his command. A fleet "General R2D2" could summon when the rebellion needed it most.
An alternate or additional story might be told with R2 using his droid force to defend the temple and what Jedi his forces could from Order 66. Evacuating the temple while droids fight the clones. Just a few wild ideas.

"What if" The Jedi before the Clone Wars discovered that the Dark Side Nexus under their temple on Coruscant was draining their Strength in the Force?

The obvious play here that has been completely ignored, and I understand why narratively, Anakin would’ve been on the phone to padme five minutes after this whole thing went down with commander Rex explaining the situation, and then Padme would’ve rallied the delegation of 2000 explaining why the Jedi had just killed the Sith Lord who had started the entire war…. 10,000 years of Jedi service to the Republic coupled with their service as the generals of the army, and the fact that they would be able to show the history of the Sith attacks on the republic over the centuries would have easily explained their actions that day.

- Cyin Drelic(can't remember how to spell his name) could die and the council votes for Anakin to replace him.
• What if Kylo Ren was Luke Skywalker's son instead of Han and Leia
• What If Count Dooku was made Grandmaster of the Jedi order
- this would happen before his turn but could be interesting.
• What if Anakin Skywalker was sent to Malacore(the planet in Rebels s2 final) during the clone wars.
- Palpatine could send him their to turn him. Maybe he makes a cross-guard lightsaber.
• What If Anakin Skywalker created the Knights of Ren.
• What If Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi were Half Brothers.
- Shmi could have been married and had Obi-Wan but they separated then Anakin was born as normal. Over the course of the story they discover the truth. Be cute to see Obi-Wan refer to Padme as his sister in law.
• What If Palpatine and Sidious were two separate people.
- Palpatine could be a caring Chancellor who sees Anakin like a grandson. Sidious is someone else trying to manipulate Anakin. I could see Anakin having an "I told you so" moment to the council. Maybe Palpatine retires after everything and helps raise Luke and Leia as a great-grandfather.
• What If Luke and Leia were raised by Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru
• What if Anakin Skywalker was born during the Old Republic.
• What If Anakin Skywalker was a Mandalorian Jedi.
- I know you did one with him being a mandalorian but seeing him become a mandalorian jedi would be cool. He could be discovered during Satine's rule and the jedi take him to be trained. Who would his master be? Would he find the Darksaber? How would Palpatine try to manipulate him? Would he still fall in love with Padme?
• What if Anakin Skywalker was made Grandmaster of the jedi order.
- Yoda could die in the Battle of Coruscant and his dying wish is for Anakin be succeed him. I could see Mace hating the idea and how would this effect Palpatine's plan.

How I would change Star Wars
1. The Phantom Menace - would be a condensed version of The Phantom Menace and Attack of the clones. With Maul being a major antagonist still along with the reveal of Dooku thought as the Sith Lord. In the end it would be revealed while Dooku takes his last breath after a fight with Obi and Anakin that it's not him.
2. Revenge of the Sith - Would be largely unchanged but Anakin thinks he kills Maul and instead of Mace dying, the emperor gets away and it's Windu that chops up Anakin (no high ground) and it was an explosion that Anakin was in.
3. Would be called The Rise of Vader. There is no order 66. Instead it's revealed that the rule of two had been scrapped and a multitude of Emperor's Hands and Inquisitors are sent to kill the Jedi and it's revealed that Anakin is now Vader. Vader kills Windu much the same way Anakin met his fate. Chopped and explosion.
4. The sequel trilogy is The New Jedi from Legacies, or ummm EU.
I love this scenario. XD it's like I said in a previous one: without the Separatist council being destroyed, they'd use the Republic turning on the Jedi as a rallying cry.

I do love great stories like this one that help tell the logistical story of what’s happened after killing palpatine. A whole galaxy with a messy war is gonna have it grind to the stagnant end.
What is the Kaminoans went to war with the Empire after order 66? You could potentially have just the first few generations of clones possess the chip. And incorporate another persons “What is the Kaminoans actually cared about their clones and didn’t put chips in them?” I feel like it would be interesting.

Honestly, it be a funny fanfiction where the entire concept is after everything Sidous defeated almost a decade earlier, because Anakin doesn’t fall for his trap, and the fact that he almost does causes him to have a scene where he’s at the temple just passing his head against the wall going how did I almost fall for this how did I almost fall for this?
Let's be honest there's no way Sidious was actually defeated there, he gas another lightsaber and incredible force power, he'd probably be able to at least get back up but then he'd have to fight Anakin and Windu.

every time I watch ROTS, or at least see this moment in the movie, I am always like "please stay in the council chamber anakin" then every moment where he goes to palpatine's office, I am like "please mace kill the emperor before anakin arrives" then after he does arrive, it is another moment where I am like "anakin just watch please, do not do anything rash here" hoping that he does the right thing this time even though I should know this is a movie and it is already set in stone what will happen...is it just me?
If Moss isn't the Supreme Chancellor how did he activate order 66? Why did Fox just attack first without questioning what he was seeing? I've never liked the inhibitor chip story since the original idea was they were bred to be soldiers to follow orders but have questions if it didn't feel right. In the novels many didn't understand the order but still went through with it because of how they trained. The only ones that really fought against it where the messed up ARCs and Omega Squad.

I do think a new Sith would form somehow. Maybe via Darth Maul or Asajj Ventress (if she was alive at this point) or perhaps a Jedi traitor. I also think a reckoning with Anakin and Padme's relationship would have happened and was inevitable. It could split the Jedi with a new order forming more in line with the order Luke started. I feel like the breakdown of the old order was inevitable as Star Wars hints the old order wasn't 100% in line with the intention of the Force. The Jedi Order wouldn't have a live Civil War but it would definitely be split and I see Mace Windu (with new found friendship, something I see happening as well), Obi-Won, Ahsoka, and others joining Anakin while the other faction maybe led by Yoda (Yoda did see the wisdom of the change eventually if you take in The Last Jedi analysis but it wasn't until he saw Luke change Vader that his true perspective changed).
