I want so much to see more finishing techniques. I have always joined the squares from the back.! I learn something new every time I watch a tutorial. Thank you so much!
Love it! You could double the amount of hearts and put half on each side of the afghan giving both sides the same look if that's what you want. As I was watching this I was thinking about Christmas colors with simple Christmas trees on it instead of hearts. Wouldn't it be interesting if you made an afghan for each month of the year, but change the hearts to a clovers, Easter eggs, sunshines, flags, etc. Then each month you'd have something different to decorate your home.
I so love your tutorials Matt. Well done. The tutorial speed in ratio to the difficulty level is spot on in all of your videos which makes it tutorial delight for me to follow along. I cannot wait for my yarn delivery to get started on this project.
Thanks for the awesome video! I am almost done with my afghan, just have to piece it together. It is my first project with the Crochet Crowd! I used Red Heart With Love, too; it is such a nice soft yarn.
What are the colours for patern I like the clouts In pic I also have to say if it were not for your videos I don't think I would have pick up a hook agane I find it very good theropod for me
ok my questions is to have to the color layout say of each block, like some are solid, and some are stripes single and double can we make them all solid or single striped that sort of thing???

Lovely!!!
I like to put three chains in the corners. It makes it look more square.

Can we change the layout of the blocks?

Great work!! But how many yarns are needed for this tutorial?
2 skeins of 5 colors is what the pattern calls for.
