I have one that is p2703 transmission friction element d apply time range and p0766 selinoid d is stuck off and I replaced my whole thing of solenoids trans temp sensor and still have the same problem it dint give no code until you drive for a little and then tow haul will come on and those codes come back totally lost on what to do with it… I was wonder if that could possibly be the fuses in the separate fuse box that runs down to the transmission and fuel pump
2002 F250 Superduty 7.3 Powerstroke had all the same codes. Fuse #23 was the culprit even though the owners manual labeled it as "Engine Control (gasoline engine only)"

Hi, my truck has the V10 with these codes and some others. It was doing just fine before, but now I basically have a dead throttle. It happened a while back on my way to Lowes when I was almost there. That was not a fun trip back. 😢 My gut tells me plugged cat possibly, but I'm trying to track down by codes first. Other codes: P0113, P01747, P0443, P1451, P0135, P0141, P0155, P1000, P1754. 99 F350 box truck. Engine audibly bogs down, but not as much in neutral. Thanks in advance.
Hi, if the cat was plugged, you would likely have misfire codes. The first thing you should do, is check your fuses. When you say dead throttle, is it when starting from a stop or, even after getting to speed?

The battery had died down enough that we had to jump it when my brother was here. I think my scan tool was saying something about pending or recent misfires.
I think your truck is starting in 3rd gear. The reason I think that is because, of all of the transmission codes. I would make sure there is power to the transmission, then check and make sure the harness is good. If those check out, then I would think bad solenoid body.

@@zechariahsalisbury6029 it wouldn’t do it in reverse, you’re correct. 3rd gear is programmed to be the default gear. You can let it run and check the cats with a temp gun, if you have one. If it’s clogged the outgoing temp won’t be hotter than the incoming.
Hey I have a 2004 Ford f350 power stroke with a 6.0. There a code p0755 shift solenoid B and p0758 shift solenoid B electrical. Replaced the transmission and we’re having the same code. We tried unplugging the transmission plug have a 12 volt reference going to the transmission. So would that mean the reference voltage to the pcm would be at fault?
I'm getting codes PO443, P1747, PO755, PO743, PO750 on my 2000 ford expedition 4.6L V8 Triton XLT and I've changed the TCC solenoid and the Dual shift solenoid that is attached to the wiring harness on the valve body. I also changed the transmission filter and fluid. Just to let you know, I reused the wiring harness it's not new. And I never replaced the EPC solenoid. Could this be the reason for the codes? Or even the fuse? I'm a frustrated female trying to do my own repairs.💅🏼😏
Right on doing your own repairs! It could be the harness, do you have power at the transmission? If you have power and not the harness, you may need a transmission overhaul
I have an 03 Excursion with the V10. The Over Drive light has been flashing occasionally (not every time, the tach and trans temp gage will sometimes "bounce" and the check engine light has come on.) None of this seems to affect the drivability of the truck though and it shifts smoothly, etc. 3 mechanics have also stated that they "cannot connect to the truck....their comps will not sync up with it." In other words, they can't read any codes if there are any. Could I be looking at a "minor" electrical issue that is causing all of these weird issues, or does it sound like a more major transmission issue? Thanks!
Yes, I’ve run into that before. The first thing you want to check is the OBD two connector. Check from the backside and make sure all your pins are pushed in.
I've got ai mass/low voltage solenoid a and d electrical is still goes into gear but I had to splice a new maf in place that just won't read for some reason. Also I had to replace tranny bulk head sleeve around the plug but it's locked in could this be the issue also? 2011 Ford mustang
It could be, check the continuity of the wires, make sure you have power. I’ve seen it be as simple as a fuse. It could be a computer issue or, even an issue in the transmission itself.

I have all these codes minus one. The last week or so I've been intermittently having no power in drive. From a stop i can manually shift from first to second to drive and been driving it that way the last day or so since it hasn't gone away. When I start the truck the check engine light is on right away but the overdrive isn't flashing, once I start driving the overdrive light starts to flash. Any ideas? Also, similar to the guy in this video a mechanic suggested I get tranny rebuilt for 3k without ever plugging in a code reader

You say 99-09. What year truck is in your video and what motor? I ask as ive never seen 2 fuse blocks under that dash cover. And myself and a few of my peeps have 7.3s. Mine 99. A friend 2000, another friend 2002.5

I second that, check the easier and less expensive in order, in this case, wires. Isolation helps diagnosis. He did fuse, the plug, then further up, and then knew from experience (what it was, but if not, try a known source of proper power to see if change) what the problem was. Note: it is super important to know the voltage and possibly the resistance and/or signal for more fine voltages (i.e.-injectors, I believe want box style or square signals), this is more basic, thankfully! I have a 99 F350 V10 4x4 and I'm having trouble finding the other end of the transmission wiring harness connector you've shown in your video. I have 4 connectors of wires grouped together on a plate but there are too many wires on them to be the connection to the transmission. Have any ideas? Thanks for sharing.
Try matching the wire colors. You should be able to look at the wire colors, at the transmission and then find them, on the other side of the plug you’re looking for.
Yeah you should go to the shop like the one in Sheridan California that will tell you that your motor is blown up and no good and then take it to Ford get a real diagnosis and spend $1,200 and be driving again with the same motor it's amazing Sheridan garage horrible in Sheridan California

Yeah, they change from year to year. It’s probably the red one but, you should make sure that you’ve got 12 V down there somewhere.

@@alexisgamboa5285 unfortunately a p0730 is incorrect gear ratio. It’s 99 percent of the time due to slipping. I’m afraid you’re in for an overhaul.

I have these codes and my truck feels like you have to gas it more then normal to get it moving on first gear only can this possibly fix the issue ?

Update, that wire does have power, and we changed the solenoid, no luck. Where to go from here? Lol

It depends on the year. For the one I did it was Red with a yellow stripe.

I doubt it. The TCM is integrated in the PCM on these. I would doubl check the new solenoid and wiring.

@@imrmoto 643 is a circuit code. You may need to repair or replace the harness.

No, it wouldn’t shift and would sometimes stall when coming to a stop. Is your truck running fine otherwise? A bad torque converter will cause that.

The 2703 means the output is not in correlation with the input. You probably need an overhaul. The Po766 can be caused as a result of the first code.
