Its high time the narrative changed. People think that Africa is one big jungle or one big village. Well, now the world will see that's there is a lot more to Africa
I loved the African celebrities in this reality show. I feel I learnt something about Africa like how they have the Nigerian click, then the Zulu Johannesburg south African click then the east African and Uganda click. I loved hearing them speak in mixed languages with one sentence made up of English, pidgin and tribal words. That was so cool. Overall the cast and the show was fire.
Fun fact the diamond platnumz guy is actual even more than what they show. His life is full of drama, plus he is been spending like crazy. He once rented a whole train to just party with his friends. When he went to perform in kenya, he had all of the emirates plane painted his logo in kenya and he did an after party on one of the planes. This weekend he is renting six yachts for his EP listening party. In this valentine he booked the entire hotel just for two. And all that is just half of the crazy stuff he is doing.
@@EzellsReact No joke, if you want to know how powerful he is, just look on any of your video views on youtube. The soon you talk about this guy your video views sky rocket. Like music reviewers have grown there channel out of this guy. He is crazy, like michael crazyyyyyyyyy.
I'm African and from the same region as this tv show is set up. I'm curious to find out what Americans and African Americans think of this tv show. Of course Africans differ by country like South Africans are different from Nigerians who are also different from Kenyans etc etc but this gives people a glimpse of what South Africans are like.
As a queer radical blk from Philly . I love this ! I'm tired of the yte Amerikkan lies about Africa . It's a beautiful continent that was full of resources that Amerikka stole . I watch the grapevine tv which was my introduction into the differences btwn Africa/blk Americans. I recall growing up blk Americans making fun of Africans when they are from Africa. Tragic.
I just wanted to see how they live. All I saw was poor people who made it. I also saw how tacky they are, some of the female seemed to have bleached their skin. So pretentious, tacky, tasteless no morals and no class. Fake hair, bleached hair. Life of copying the black Americans who made it from poor to wealthy.
All the baby mama and father drama. These women have money why did they accept just being a bm..I am confused about that. It's a thing here. But there? These women are beautiful and wealthy why is the self esteem so low? I could be wrong.
I am from Somali, just moved back to the US from south Africa ..the New York of Africa !! I really want my AA brothers & sisters think ..!! Please visit the motherland when you get the chance
Not in the traditional sense. There's alot of manipulation between the producers and the cast to cause friction on sets and get real reactions. Heard several first hand accounts here in Atlanta of this being the case on reality shows .
@@EzellsReact right, which I didn’t disagree. It’s the picky person in me that studied English and journalism. I’m just being annoying technical. Feel free to ignore me. Scripted means scripts, and table reads which there are none. Producers acting like they’re apart if the cast is over producing.
I just watched your video and I have no idea what you guys were doing. You watched a trailer of a show and then wonder whether it's real or not and then you went on without any direction or topic. Well, we all know that "reality" shows are mostly acting coz people don live at restaurants on in their cars. Next time, familiarize yourself with topic and then choose direction of the topic and then put it up.
You are sceptical. TV production has to be scripted to mould the production. You are right when you say reality shows Photoshop reality. See Africa in a way you never imagined. To be frank South Africa is more like America in many ways if not better.

Hey no the clicks only exist in southern africa. Nigeria and the other countries dont have clicks

Its definitely scripted but fun. You can try Blood and Water, which in my view is a way better story.

Your people are so discriminating. I didn't think you would do so. I mean even Steve Harvey's show on TH-cam or tv are edited... Stop that
I am not a fan. The show seems forced.
Still a great show nonetheless
Am into reality TV so I loved it
