    That’s crazy. I fished those same docks around the orange roof dock and got one keeper and a bunch of small ones. Went to another spot and got two other keeper.

    Dialed in as usual. Sheep were digging hard.

    That tide looks high, not low. Where are you fishing? The Cove at low is visibly lower than that. Love your show!!!

    As a newbie in the area and particularly in Sheepshead fishing what are the best months for inshore Sheepshead fishing and what rivers should I start on?

    Where is this at? And whats your limit?

    • @MakeTimeForFishing
      @MakeTimeForFishing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is in Charleston, SC. The daily limit is 10 fish over 14" but I typically only keep 3 around 17-19". More bang for your buck on fish that size.

    Great video man. Epic day of catching. Just curious, it seems from your videos that South Carolina has a very healthy sheepshead population. Why the 14in, 10 bag daily limit there? Here in Louisiana, there is no size or bag limit, and the population seems to be just fine. Just curious as to your thoughts on it.

    • @MakeTimeForFishing
      @MakeTimeForFishing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Matthew! I would definitely say that from my personal experience we have a great sheepshead population, but I'm not familiar with the statistics and how it compares to other fisheries. My guess is that they chose to draw a line in the sand and picked a bag limit when they realize sheepshead are a game species and not just a "trash fish" which a lot of people perpetuated for a long time. But hey, if people don't want to catch them and leave the poor man's lobster for me, so be it!

      This is a 30 can Coleman I got off Amazon, this was also my last trip with it haha after about 3 years the zippers broke. Here's the link to the cooler if you're curious but don't know if they still sell the exact one: www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B006HFBF7E?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

    I think you are filming with a GoPro what GoPro do you use and what resolution on the GoPro do you use, I just got the GoPro 12 so I need some tips. And do you have a mic or do you use the GoPro mic? Thanks

    • @MakeTimeForFishing

      This is a Hero 10 and I film in 4k 60fps. I use a separate audio recorder and lapel mic then sync the audio up during editing.

      @MakeTimeForFishing  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Glenn! I don't have a video going over my recording gear or anything, but I just use a basic lapel mic paired up with a Zoom H1N pocket audio recorder. So the audio is recorded separately and then I sync up the audio and video when I'm editing. I'll shoot you an email with some links! Hope you're doing well out on the West Coast
