Every indian is proud of sikh culture. Our parents may advise against going to mosque but will never stop us from going to gurudwara.
1984 was a political issue used by congress party which is a stain on our history. In today's india where most of the people are now aware of all the sacrifices made by gurus to protect us, will never allow any force to do injustice to anyone who call themselves sikhs. We can't tolerate that.

The core of the Christian faith is that man can only get to God through Jesus Christ. Any that deny this will perish and not receive everlasting life. That is not a Christian church.

A very brave move by a Sikh Preacher to create an awareness of Sikh identity and Sikhism to the American society. Sikhs are sadly and unfortunately mistaken as muslims in America and therefore become target to racial abuse. Dr Kuldeep Singhji keep up the great job and be blessed.
Or he could get up and fight like those who preceded him. But apparently the ones born in India prefer to cower in the US and back stab and use Sikhs born in the US. From my personal observations. I have Sikh friends born in the US and they detest the ones from India.

It is good to see people of different faiths and cultures come together and have a friendly conversation.
Well said brother. I am Sikh by faith and I was in Wyoming a few weeks ago. Had a conversation with two gentlemen from Alabama and South Dakota, very nice people and I had a great time.
Dr Kuldeep Singh , That was very kind of the Church and the people who attended . You did a great job explained about Sikhism which majority of non Sikhs are not aware of.
Now that is how you learn other people's religion. Not through Christian mouths, but from their own people. Good job!

Sikhs are respected here in the UK. During the riots that took place in 2011 the Sikhs protected churches, mosques and temples in their neighbourhoods. The rioters did not venture where the Sikhs were protecting neighbourhoods.

Sikh preacher in American Church part- 1 -- Finally someone giving the knowledge of the Sikh religion in the English language ! In America their is so little known about the Sikh religion because so little of it is given in the English language ! The Sikh Bible is known as the "Adi- Granth" Bible ! The Sikh "Adi- Granth" Bible is available in the English language ! The founder of the Sikh religion was Nanak ! The teachings of the Sikh religion are basically the teachings of Nanak ! It's a fact that 99% of Indian Muslims voted for partition and just 10 % left after Pakistan was made. Why did they stay back? Because they never planned to leave in the first place. STILL, they decided to break India.

I'm American, raised Christian, but find myself strongly attracted to Sikhi. It is very similar to teachings of Christ with well defined practices which don't discriminate between believers of one faith or another cause, at the end of the day, it's only ekoankar, One.
Jesus said if your eye be single you shall be full of light, if you see only The One in All, then you have presence of God. But, if you see separation, sin literally means missing the mark or error, then darkness. Circuit is incomplete.
Biggest barrier is ego, this is why you must be born again. Die to the worldly attachment of body, separate from all other bodies, and reborn in unifying spirit of God's love. Then you will love neighbor as self, cause you know no distinction. Only Ek, 1...love follows naturally.
Christians must stop hate and judgement, it is againt Christ. This is why I turned atheist, and now find myself turning Sikh.
