i recently crashed my 2002 saturn sedan sl1. ive always wanted an suv, so i can convert the back into a place to stay. having an suv that is still a saturn makes it alot easier to part with, and this has to be one of the best car brands. i was amazed with all the features. automatic lock, the seats fold down, the skylight, mirrors, tempature, covered holder - these are all things ive never had in a car before! i hope i can experience a saturn vue.
me too, mine isn't a saturn but instead a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta Wagon in blue! my dad bought it brand new from Sport Volkswagen here in canada and she's still going :D
@@edsgarage001 island car. i live in fl. the barrier islands around here typically have 35 mph limits. only big issue with it is rust on the roof. its got a rust hole that i'm gonna half ass fix next week untill i can get it to a pro for proper repair. otherwise its mechanically sound and the interior in great shape.
Im in need of dire help replacing the driver side rear glass. It has the quarter panel intact but im at a loss as to getting that main glass replaced. Can't seem to find anything online
Thanks for the comment! What is it exactly that you're having trouble with? Finding replacement glass? Getting the door pulled apart? Finding a company that will do it?
@@edsgarage001 My issue was with the quarter panel being in the way of replacing the main panel. I got it replaced yesterday after a few hours of messing with it. The boot that was holding the quarter in was facing THE WRONG WAY. Took me an hour of fiddling just to get that one bolt lol. Curious how they even screwed it in in the first place
Your v6 would not have come with the CVT. This one did, but it was after the recall and in great shape. Personally not a fan of the CVT system, but we made sure this one was in good shape
I just bought one of these a couple of months ago. So far I have really enjoyed it! That little 5 Speed Honda V6 is a beast!
I want one of these, nice to see that it is getting positive reviews

I used to have this exact car and I miss it. That's what brought me here.
This is the car I’m driving that my parents bought 17 years ago, and as a 16 year old I’m driving it
I drive the one my parents bought brand new in 04 and I love it

Really. Clean for a 2004 Saturn. Usually the VUEs I’ve seen aren’t this clean. I like how the CVT drives. Have 2 myself
Thank you so much for this review sir!
My pleasure!
just bought a nearly identical vue to this one, same color, 2005, beige interior, and 5 speed manual.
Awesome! The manual is the one you want!!
@@edsgarage001 yeah i'm pretty stoked about it. its gonna be my "week end car" oh forgot to mention it only has 86k on it.
@@MrSGL21 wow that's insanely low!

Going to get one with that J35S1 engine
Yep... Had one... They're fun

Wow... That's weird. Well, good job and good to hear it worked out! ☺️
The CVT transmissions were known to fail as they got older. I once had a 2003 V6 all wheel drive.

Just learned how to drive mine 😁
Awesome!
Seems pretty cool
Thx for the comment!
I've owned two of these back in the day and both of them had transmission problems by 60,000 MI it's a shame because they both had a v6 VTEC in it 😲
2000-2005 honda automatics are trash.
Como lo tradusco
Saturn Vue
