- this is why we see the system collapse from waves of probability deriving event outcomes, to event outcomes which cannot include probability since a second non-local system must now be accounted for. And it is at this point we can now see who is throwing the dice and who prevents the dice from being thrown at all. Even though the future is a best guess, it is still a calculated operation, however deterministic properties hold the probability, it throws the dice.
The observers influence removes the probability from deterministic properties, and the association now takes into account the second system. This is why the wave function collapses under observation, it has no other choice, and in doing so it becomes apparent, that it is the observer who has the power to overturn deterministic evolution, this occurs when both inputs are processed to form a reality of today and a best fit for tomorrow.

I believe you have some great insights on how the power of belief can change the world.. and we are all connected but I don't agree with your theory 100%.
