I followed your video, thank you, I had all the needed tools, thanks to you and I installed the "H" pipe replacement for the catalytic converter. It was so easy thanks to your video! JB😁
F yeah, I have this on my Triumph and didnt know the stock bike had the heavy ass cat. So happy you made this video. it was like i was watching you work on my Triumph!!!TYTYTY
pipes showed up wed of this week, me and a buddy installed them today (saturday) -- took about an hour, video was very helpful, pipes sound great look great.
The pipes themselves are lighter as well. However, if someone needs spelled out the obvious information you have just relayed they should seriously think twice about operating a motorcycle at all.
I really hate how mechanics ALWAYS manage to get the exposed pretty side of whatever they remove, to make contact with the floor. It’s unbelievable the lack of care or intelligence when they repeatedly make the same dumb mistake. Wow…. No sound clip of before or after! What a disappointment
This video being over 7 years old, we've had a lot of changes bringing on an R&D/Fab team/Master tech mechanic and everything has progressed! Check out some of our new install videos now and we'd like to know your thoughts.
Hi Eric, thats a point of contention. In our experience, a free flowing exhaust definitely performs/feels better for the rider. We do not have dyno charts to specify hp increase but you will feel the difference for sure.
take out the 02 sensor an bolt in a boost vac gauge an there is no pressures is no loss with an there will be a loss with out if you know about cam overlap
Ever hear a top fuel dragster in person in all formats from V-twin to inline 4 ? Pretty deafening with some crazy HP numbers. Anyways, compared to OEM exhausts (especially after a cat. modification), flow/baffling/length in exhaust design-geometry comes with a tone that's night and day in terms of sound but on the side, increased hp/tq, where we're seeing up to approx. 6% increase in TQ on the dyno on some exhaust components for example.

Glad it helped

I know this is a long shot, but did you need to do any extra tuning of the bike when you changed out the pipes. Any Computer stuff req'd
You didn't start it??? Wanted to hear the Hog Slayer
I only wish you had started it so I could know if I liked it or not.
ordered mine last week -- the guys at BC seem pretty cool -- that website is like a candy store for triumph thunderbirds...
Do you not need the Cat Delete pipes? I didnt see you use them.
you need a tune for any slip on, more so for these since they remove the cat aswell
All of that and you didn’t fire up the bike?
Was a crossover pipe installed in place of the cat box?
Did you remove the catalytic converter? If So what did you replaced it with?
Biiiiiiich where is the links to buy?
Como fica a injeção eletrônica, tem que remapear?

Biiiiiich where is sound demo?

@@britishcustomsmine still sound amazing and added power on 2010 t-bird with cat deleted. Truly great system
cats dont prevent hp

Very interesting. Thanks for the info
Sound does not convert to hp. If it was true HD would be the fastest bike on earth.
