Thank you for sharing this, it's beautiful! How would you make a big one, for like a table centerpiece? My strings seem to be too short at the end. How would you add to them?
Thank you♥️ so sorry😔 I think there are many videos on how to add a cord if running out. If you want to make a big one, repeat the steps from the previous row in the next round. But it's a good idea to do a remake video for the large one
Thank you♥️💛🧡 It depends on the structure of the cord and how tightly you tighten the knots. On average, the cord should be 1.3 or 1.4 times longer for the same pattern. The length of 5mm rope = ~ 1,4 x the length of 3mm rope. I made the same pattern with 4mm braided cord with the same measurements as in the video, but I tighten the knots very tightly. I haven't tried this pattern with 5mm rope
When you measure to 12" (30 cm) it is off center-- Is the center design supposed to be not centered? Some of my strings were too short by the 3rd round.
Perhaps I didn't quite understand your question. To begin with, you leave 30cm, and work with longer strands as you make one rhombus pattern out of them. That takes some length of cord. What is in the video is the actual measurements I worked with. The cord consumption depends on the thickness of the cord and how tight you are knotting. I can't give you too exact measurements, maybe I’ll make a remake of this video. Thank you.
@@GreysMade I thought it was a great tutorial! Mine didn't turn out as beautiful, but it takes practice. Maybe the last round of circles was my problem, I didn't add the extra string to mine so I had spaces between them.
TROP BEAU 🥰
Thank you♥️
Millon de gracias por compartir, hace dias lo vi, y he soñado con hacerlo, y te apareces tú! 🎉 GRACIAS! lo intentaré. ❤

I was wondering how people start a center of a circle with only knots! Thank you! ♥️🙏🏽
Me preguntaba lo mismo, hoy lo descubrí. 🎉

Me encanta!!!! Y ya lo hice ❤ muchas gracias, como hago uno grande? El doble de hilo ?
you can make more rows, repeating the last row or use another wider cord 🪢

This is a beautiful pattern!💛🧶 If I use 5mm cord, how much longer I need to cut it approximately, please? Thank you.🙂
