It's a better strategy to do continental lockdown alongside field operatives to contain and kill the infections on the continent gaps, like what Pravus did

Continental lockdowns won't work effectively if their effectiveness is set to the lowest possible point.
Though I did do that in my vanilla Mega brutal Bio-Weapon playthrough, alongside targeted lockdowns to have ≤100k deaths.

I believe that would mean that a few people get infected, then die immediately. Since the virus won’t be able to spread without infected hosts (unless the Bio-Weapon has necrosis), the game immediately ends.

Because of such a high infection rate, 1 infected can spread it to a LOT of people before dying even if they only have like 1-3 days to live. xd
Also corpse transmission is also a thing (I think, I forgor exactly)
