My favourite breakfast food when living in Malaysia and now here in Australia.; roti canai with egg and tek tarikh (milk tea). Watching this young lady work so swiftly "flipping" the dough, is amazing and it takes a lot of practice to get that right I can assure you! I wish her every success in her small business and that this young lady gets all the support and custom from the publik..
It is not 'tek tarikh', but 'teh tarik', meaning 'pulled tea' referring to the tea bag which has to be pulled up and down.
