@@alexchris13 You just started this yesterday, and like any good show worth watching, situations build. I loved Felix from the start, I also got the same "Stiles/Scott" vibes you got. Other than Victor (who is perfectly cast, like the rest of the cast) Felix was my fan fave from the beginning. No spoilers, but when you get to the later episodes you'll see why he must be protected!

Yeah, Victor is so pretty! Those eyes can just pull you in. TBH, he is prettier than all the girls in the show. LOL. I agree with you on Andrew. He looks too old to be in a high school. The music selection is superb and every song matches the scene perfectly.
The fact that they're really expecting us to believe Andrew is 15 turning 16 is still sending me honestly.

I don't really blame Victor for trying to make things work with Mia in these episodes honestly. It's more him exploring his feelings and figuring out what they mean than leading her on at this point. He genuinely feels a connection to her and just doesn't know what that means yet, so he mistakes it for love/attraction. It does suck for Mia though, she deserves so much better (*cough* Pilar *cough*), she's so pure 😭
As for it appearing a bit cartoony, it was still shot under the pretense of airing on Disney+, so they had to write it accordingly. A second season hasn't been ordered yet, but they did commision a writers room for a second season and the showrunners said that airing on Hulu has opened a lot more doors for them than previously. They wanted the characters to cuss more and talk about sex, like actual teenagers do, but that wasn't allowed before. Their goal now is to turn it into a Boy Meets World kind of show where the audience grows up with the characters over multiple seasons and they get to tackle more mature themes as the series progresses.

no, sorry :( if the season was longer, then maybe. but for short seasons like this i usually just do one highlight video per season, and then the entire series is available on patreon. but i’ll definitely be doing a big video on s2 when it comes out!😇

Thoughts on the show based only on what I saw in this reaction; I do think it'd be an interesting take to have him explore his potential pansexual identity, however the way they do it hasn't yet felt like it's very gripping. Like, a twist or major event doesn't seem like it's being set up, though it could well be, I just don't feel it. Seems like everything' hunky-dory and he's found out something about himself and it's working out for all parties involved. Especially with that ending where it's shown that the guy has a boyfriend? Like, that settles that, I guess. The ship with Mia can sail unhindered.
