Well bugger me, the new gloves survived for the entire video, Didn't see that COMING! Well done Ollie! another great video for the collection. Cheers mate.
Here in the US Milwaukee and DeWalt are the favored battery powered tools used. I own a 12VDC Makita drill and impact set which is very durable. Ollie is proving the durability and longevity of the Makita tools
Oliver if you cleaned out your work van you wouldn't be able to find anything I bet. Every time I I see it I just want to clean and organize it for you. But you would never find anything if you did that LOL😊❤❤
When you started grinding with the camera still in the pipe I questioned if your camera was pulled back far enough. Luckily you didn’t cut into the camera or cable. Nice to. Have both 🐀 help on this one. Great repair work! All Good 👍!
FWI you can save a drain field. I had septic overfill. Filled up drain field with solids. I just reversed it all out. Just cleared out solids. Old school jetter and it’s been working great for over four years. They wanted $3500 for new drain field and it was about 4 hour to clear.
Ollie friend, congratulations on your new van and jetter machine, I hope they have put a new handle on your mini reel at the Jetters Edge because that old worn handle doesn't look good with that tape, hope to see a nice video soon (with a new handle) 😁👍🏻🐀
@@FireStriker_No, Ollie has a new van with a new jetter installation, I saw a photo on the Facebook page of the jetters edge, the new installation is the raptor 5000 jetter
Wow! I was mistaken for many years. On job sites our excavation crews would dig with excavators and the laborer was always there with his new sticker still on vertical stabilization unit! Now I see you with the same exact tool digging and removing dirt! What do you call it? I looked it up! It’s a shovel?
When I worked for Network Plumbers when they were in Willoughby in 2003 we performed 6 monthly jets on saltglaze/clay drains and where possible replaced with PVC. There was a chap called Wozza who was a TAFE lecturer and used to be on the tools who taught me a lot. We always back filled with blue steel clippings which I think eliminated belly’s. They were great days working Tim & Tam, Malcom, Aaron, Freddy AKA Brett, Dan Chism to name a few.
truly love these videos and the content this is your business your company right u own it I bet u have been doing this ollie for at least 25 years i mean u are always the guy that people call most 4 the most difficult jobs it seems like the problems u have the well the over 25 years of experience to deal with
out of all the videos i have see you dig and its always super easy to dig really sandy and then on the 1 video where you are going for a repair the fing ground is just hard as and rocky and cant hardly get down through it lol
I must say EVEN THE DRAIN MASTER WILL MAKE MISTAKES HOPEFULLY RARELY!!! Also, about 85% to 90% of the time, any plumber will just clear the blockage and the break it's the owner's problem. Unlike Ollie who actually locates the break and fixes the break. WHAT TRUE LEGEND!!!
I would have fixed it too, easy enough fix, owner doesn't have to take the time and extra cost to call somebody , Ollie will only charge a small extra for materials and time. Good Job sir.
I’ve just watched the EUROS and England scrape through. There’s much more excitement with you Ollie and your super subs Ratty and Baby Rat. Interesting set up.
One of the things I like Oliver you get straight to the job at hand,no intro just get er done. Wasted no time found it fixed it. Just fantastic!!! All GOOD👍
For some strange (in my mind) reason I enjoy watching you unplug drain lines. The septic tank looks full to me. I wonder how many years its been since it was pumped out?
Granny Flat! hahaha I am only 2:53 in but from what you have taught me, if you are below the blockage with an open iO- that will soak you with sewage. Hope I am wrong. Will keep watching.
I am envious of anyone who lives where you can dig a few inches down to a sewer line. That would be so nice for repairs! Everything is 5-6 feet deep here. Damn cold winters!
this one was surprisingly "...exactly where we thought it would go." Let's give a shout out to the one guy that did a 60 meter run that straight and level. When they told him "You got 60 meters...go."...he said "I can pull off a 1.2mm drop across every 10 meters and it will flow fine."...and he wasn't lying. Kudos to that guy.
@DrainAddict thanks for explaining what the tones mean on the Ridgid locator. Is it possible you could include a short spot in a future video where you show us how this manifests with the camera head on the surface please? Love these videos. They sure as hell beat sleeping as an activity.
Please pin this comment and hearted please 🥺🙏❤
Why?
Please stop crying for pointless attention, it's pathetic
I second that, why?
Why, you have the integrity of a paper condom.
Why not? 🤣
It never fails to amaze me how you are able to find pipes. You, sir, are a rock star!
A Master at Work.
Whew...that was a close one, thought you were going to bury Baby Rat and Ratty. What a relief you helped them get out.
😊😊😊
These are the absolute best videos when we get a drain unclog and a break fix ❤❤❤
Fix abreak😅
@@malanawarren4456 if you’ve ever had to fill out the forms in an industrial facility it’s called a brake fix
Good to see, you've got some decent gloves, that lasted the whole job, even with digging.
12:21 Ooooh my gooooodness Ollie
The plumbing gods must have been watching over you mate and saved the camera.
That was super close.
Well bugger me, the new gloves survived for the entire video, Didn't see that COMING!
Well done Ollie! another great video for the collection.
Cheers mate.
DA shows us that even a piece of trash can be a good tool under the right circumstances. Best channel on TH-cam! Cheers from South Florida.
Everything's a hammer... and everything's a rake! :D
Cheers back from Noord Holland
I will never get tired of seeing all the different locations you get to work. Its very refreshing to see. Keep it up Ollie!
Excellent job can’t go wrong when you have Oliver doing the job👍 the best

Makita stuff is top notch
Yeah, a lot of carpenters love Makita. I've got an old corded Makita grinder and I haven't been able to kill it for about a decade now.
My Makita recip has been under water so many times. It amazes me every time it starts up.
The site looks better after , then before you were there. Well done
Good evening from Germany 😀 very good Job Ollie! 👍👌✌️
Oliver if you cleaned out your work van you wouldn't be able to find anything I bet. Every time I I see it I just want to clean and organize it for you. But you would never find anything if you did that LOL😊❤❤
Going above and beyond! You could have easily told them they needed to get that fixed, but you went ahead and fixed it for them! Props 👍
Another great job blasting out the pipes and fixing the broken pipe ❤. Take care of yourself and family and friends and be Blessed ❤️❤️👍 All good 😊.

Loved seeing the new pipe fix, the beautiful DAWN vice (1917) still going strong, mention of the Granny Flat, and then "Measure once, and cut twice"!
Another wonderful video from Ollie and team. All good
Great job Ollie and crew. For once a break is out in the open, not sandwiched between a brick wall and a fence underneath a giant tree on a hillside.
Good day Ollie and all.

Did he upgrade the Jetty again? Feels like only yesterday the old one kicked the bucket and the fancy remote start one got installed

Well I think the Rats helped you out there Ollie, you have a good team there when they don't get in the way. Great work mate.
Just what I need today. 😃Another Drain addict video. Thanks Ollie

Same. A lot of our pipes are under multiple feet under our driveway. A simple fix costs hundreds because of it.
Great to watch the repair with your loyal rats. Nice of you to let them have a go on the swings, what a great boss!
Awesome job as always Ollie and drain gang.
