Congratulations on your sobriety brother! I'm just over 8 months sober. I was also an alcoholic and being an ICU nurse during Covid pushed me down the path more than I'd like to admit. I finally asked for help, and it's the best thing I've ever done. Now that I'm in a different nursing role, I promote mental health to my patients when I can because I've been there. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

Nate, thank you for sharing. I know as someone in your similar situation that is so tough to talk about, but after you take the first step in seeking help it gradually becomes easier. Eventually, you want to share your struggles with you love ones and instead of shame you feal strength. You need to be proud because just by sharing you help people like myself in breaking that stigma that keeps guys like us from seeking the help we so desperately need. Everyone needs to be able to share their feelings; holding them in and using destructive means to cope don't help. I'd encourage anyone to seek help like I did. Thank you Nate for sharing. If you ever want to hot emp camp in the upper peninsula of Michigan, please reach out.

Yes, I totally agree! There is such a stigma around these issues. It was hard for me to admit I needed help and ask for it but it saved my life. Thank you for sharing your story too! I love hearing it. Hopefully others will feel inspired to get help hearing all of us talk about it in this way.

That's awesome Nate keep up the soberness! At least I think that's what you call it! Love your videos been subbed for a couple 2-3 years now. I've been using my stove hut 70 for summer camping at it works great! No bug screen to setup it's pretty nice.

The channel like Mounds you are seeing are most likely from moles. If you're in the Cascades, there's a good possibility there made by the Townsend mole or the Coast mole. Townsend moles grew bigger, up to 9" and mostly live in the Cascades. The cost mole is smaller and usually grows up to 7" maximum. They live up and down the northern East Coast anywhere the soil the suitable for them

  • @rachfish

I'm pretty sure the animals making the raised trails on the ground are moles.
