there is a ridge to the right of the arrows. is that where you line it up? or do you bring it beyond that little ridge and but it up against the line where the arrows are?

I have two machines, and Studio software gets used for everything, not just silhouette jobs, it is a seriously overlooked piece of design software. I have not touched illustrator or inskape in at least a year that is jow useful it is. Business edition I can even output SVGs for laser cutting. Free and Designer editions are feature packed to start with.
Hard to explain pls bare with me. I'm doing a whole wrap sub tumbler. When I take my measurements it does come up on the screen as I measured. When it prints anywhere from 1/8" to 1/4" smaller. Why? Thnx in advance.
HI Jill! Are you referring to the colors used in the studio? That can be done in the settings! You can change the color as you like! If you are referring to the flowered design, it's just patterned vinyl that I applied to the machine 😊

I would check your printer settings to ensure your printer isn't adjusting it.
