The Agora, Cleveland was not originally scheduled for this show. Bruce was on tour at the time. Traveling thru Ohio, he wanted to stop and do this show. Called the Mayors office to set the whole thing up, they packed in as many as they could (approx. 1600), and they performed a nearly 3 hour "FREE" Concert. He said he always got complete respect here, as well as, the most fan mail from anywhere ever.....
In 1985, Bruce came to Melbourne, Australia. I went to his show. It was broadcast on the local radio, EON • FM. My brother ' Taped ' the concert on my cassette recorder. This performance from 1978 was played off as having been sung at the 1985 concert. How bad is that. 🎵🎶😥😉 I put my tape recording ( 1985 ) up against this performance of Because The Night, and it's a spot on match.
