No. That’s not true. A lot of companies/ballet schools are really strict about what you can eat.

@@jesse_mills3075 well I teach at a ballet school, and we don't care what you eat as long as you don't come in looking fat.
Some of our girls are fat when they come in so trying to lose weight so we give them meals for that but we don't y'all at our students about food unless they bring it in the studio. Because we don't allow some foods in the studio.

But fyi, I just wanna let you know that eating fruits before your meal is better than eating them after your meal because it can make your digestive system easier to digest your meal, and drinking tea after eating greens will inhibit the absorption of iron in your body, anyway. So maybe you can switch into another option. Stay healthy and keep inspiring people, Luna! 🌜

rainbow pink yes, that's right. Especially if they eat iron-rich foods such as greens and meat. Tea contains tannin that will inhibit the absorption of iron in the body, so drinking tea will lower the haemoglobin level and make anemic ppl's conditions get worse
I want to clarify it's only tea containing caffeine like black tea and green tea, herbal tea is fine 😊

Oatmeal with water tastes fine if you add some honey or jam. It’s really good for you when you have stomach issues or during a religious fast.

Athletes including dancers exert a lot of energy so it makes sense that active people eat more throughout the day. When I was playing soccer I ate a lot and now that I don't play a sport I eat much much less.

Tbh what I eat in a day videos don't make me feel bad they usually actually motivate me to eat healthier and give me food ideas and stuff. So I guess it depends, they're not necessarily a negative thing.

I really loved what you said at the start. As a male dancer, I get really jealous of other guys who are taller than me since they automatically look leaner. It created some really big issues for me and almost put me out of commission when it came to dance, but I'm doing a lot better nowadays thanks to dancers like you, both online and in my regular life.

I’ve tried so many non dairy milks and flax milk is DEFINITELY THE BEST! It’s a neutral taste it isn’t nutty or sprouty, it’s for sure my fave!

I love watching what i eat in a day videos because I'm always inspired to try new foods and recipes! I get what you mean though about feeling bad after watching them. I try to eat healthily but I unfortunately have enough allergies to make some recipes and kinds of diets impossible (some forms of soy, nuts and certain raw fruits and veggies thanks to oral allergy syndrome, and bananas). I have to really work to find food that is healthy and I am able to eat, and of course enjoy, but I definitely get inspiration from videos like these!

If you soak your oats in milk for a while before you microwave them, they will absorb the milk and be less likely to spill.
