Question about curb boosting. My understanding from what you've explained is that suspension compression increases the revs in gtav. However, after looking it up I can't tell if it's best to keep half your tyres on the curb or to take them on and off repeatedly. There isn't much to find from searching but there was an article that only referred to it as going on and off the curb. Also, you explained wobble boosting or something where you compress the suspension by rolling the car back and forth I assume that when this works it works best with stock suspension but just wanted to confirm. Great video as always, keep up the good work. When you're done with this series I think a "handy/obscure gta v mechanics" series would be awesome.

I'd still like to see a comparison between the different heist approaches to see the reason the speedrun chooses the approach they do. That'd be interesting to see once this series is over.

these vids have gotten me more into gta speedruns and man this series would be awesome in san andreas or vice city. older games have more corners to cut. only problem with SA is that it would kinda have to be NMG so you couldn’t do woozie skip and the casual would have to do all the woozie missions

@@FriendlyBaron That's surprising. I'd say that one is even one of the all the classics in terms of games. It was a pretty enjoyable game, the whole 3D thing wasn't the standard back then so the camera isn't perfect. But for it's time it was a experience just to view the Mario world though 3D instead of being a 2D side scroller. Now I haven't own a Nintendo system since the 64, I moved over to the Playstation 2 and kept with Sony ever since. So over the course of the Game Cube, Wii, Wii U, and Switch I'm sure there has been Mario games that are far more technically better. But for it's time Super Mario 64 was a great game.

WOBBLE I think really only works with larger amounts of suspension travel and "spongy" suspension/much body roll

In bury the hatchet, you can use a taxi to go to the airport. I tried it and it saved a lot of time.
yes we ban taxis from the main speedrun as they are boring and remove skill.
