Would love to see more videos on your home boxing gym. Maybe how you set up and installed the heavy bags. I want to setup a home boxing gym myself but afraid my ceiling can’t handle the impact of heavy bag usage. I’m presently using a floor mounted heavy bag. Maybe videos on gym activities (hitting the bags, sparring, punch mitt training etc.). Really nice gym btw.

When you use the speed bag, does it affect the inside of the house as to noise and vibration?
Yes sir. No solution for it yet other then reducing it a bit. Wife hates it Haha
Bassin W Coast Can you post a video of how you drilled the double end bag into the concrete ground? and what you used as far as screws etc. Thanks!
I used a concrete drill bit a drop in anchor and Eye bolt bro. It should pop up in google! I just uploaded a vid on the heavy bag installation So maybe that one in the future!

does you garage shake alot with the bags? Does it destroy the sheet rock or blaster on the walls in other areas of the house?
No issues at all my guy, all good so far and been training 6 days a week.
How did u mount hold up the bags to the celling
The everlast mounts are going 1yr strong w no issues! Make sure to check out the new vid I just posted, aqua bag!
Just wondering if you’ve made any upgrades or additions to your boxing gym? Maybe adding a reflex bag to your gym.
Yes I actually did 2 weeks ago. Rubber gym matted the Entire floor. Been V busy but Will upload soon

Nah it blew (was a $20 from ebay)! Got a new title one now (the blk w grey)
Do those everlast beam hangers have any negatives to them?
I've had them for over a yr now and still going strong! We beat on them 4x a week. Buy them
@@BassinWCoast I’ve had some people say they unscrew themselves. It seemed like maybe user error somehow. But I went ahead and got a pro mount rafter mount instead. I’m glad these worked for you though. Thank you for the reply.
