2008 crt tv - dynex ❤... and in 2008 CRTs were still popular in the world except in the US, where stores were ceasing to sell them anymore. In 2008, in US homes they were still the majority and in other countries CRTs were still popular and still sold a lot. Here in Brazil, for example, in 2008, tube TVs were the majority in homes and still sold a lot. It was only in 2010 that sales of thin-screen LCD TVs surpassed sales of CRT TVs for the first time here and in many other countries. In other words, it was only in the early 2010s that CRTs lost popularity once and for all around the world. And 2008 was still the 2000s (2000-2009) In this decade of 2000s, CRTs were still popular in several countries, many even.
That's a lovely TV. It's such a shame that people throw out perfectly good CRT's. I have a 14 inch CRT from 2008 still brand new in it's box, never been used. I've got it as a spare TV for oldskool games.
OMG I swear I had this one back in the day. We were broke and needed a new one, I remember this being very budget friendly lol. Probably got it at Walmart. Haven’t seen this brand mentioned in ages. Loved playing Wii on it.
how bad the last debate was Conservatives 🤝 Liberals ...on topic, I think i might have thrown one of these out... it was a barn find with a cut power cord. By barn find, I mean rotting shed next to a rotting mobile home overrun by roaches...

Nice telly. Shows another advantage of CRTs over flatscreens - the mystery of what wildlife you might find inside.

Cool TV, always good to save an old crt. Also you might want to take the back off and give it at least a little cleaning inside the case though.
A CRT TV from 2008 damn and I saw the hidden ram
wowzers!
From what I remember Dynex was the house brand at Best Buy. No clue who made them.
My best guess by looking at it would be Orion or Funai or something
@@bratwurst2923 Those were usually made in Malaysia or Thailand. I think this one's a Haier.
This one, Haier i bet.
that is a great size crt one that don't take up all the space
Most CRT's dont take up that much space unless you have a huge rare 40 inch CRT and an extremely tiny living room.
