The part you're forgetting is that Yamato didn't give him his Devil Bringer. His arm changed after an injury he sustained. If he was Vergil's son, that would make him the offspring of a Human and a Half-Demon. This would explain his lack of a true Devil Trigger. Despite everything Angus tried, Nero was the only one who was able to reforge Yamato by simply being near the sword. And on top of the white hair and His Holiness flat-out saying he had Sparta's blood, i think we all know.
@@TheGodJames Reminds me when I found an 80+ reply thread thanks to somebody whining that people were reaching too hard over Nero being Vergil's son and doubted DMC5 would happen. He really took the biggest L of all time.
It's amazing how not one, but TWO bosses try to get the better of Nero by appealing to his worse nature, when he is so down bad for his woman that he would overturn the ends of the earth and hell for her
I love the soundtrack and I love the game. Don't see why some DMC fans thought this was a bad game. But we all have our own opinions, so I wont complain.
@Sonicisbadazz It's just a reference, this isn't actually based on The Divine Comedy. Capcom were hardly aiming for groundbreaking with this game's story, at least I hope not. The story is just an excuse to kill as many things as possible lol.
@MetallicAJamyz not really. ever heard of royal guard or real impact? dante does much more damage than nero, but to conpensate for his high damge potential, he's harder to use, but a skilled dante player can kill most enemies much faster w/ dante

I just assumed, based both on what Berial said and the style of the bosses, that it's almoast broken up into different "elements". Like fire, ice, and nature. @ccotunai Well I just typed out DDR Drop Out or something and I got a list. Now some of the vids were filmed with people playing the game to the theme. You just gotta keep looking till you find a good sample. Hope this helped you out.
does anyone know where dmc4 and pokemon got their samples from? like usually pokemon sounds are pretty original why did they use the same sounds as that beat mania game???
@Sonicisbadazz There are so many theories regarding hell. For instance, in the original DMC, Hell was pretty much made up out of solely organic material. Or, in one of Dante Alighieri's books, he describes his journey through Hell. The Ninth Circle of Hell, the deepest point, is in fact an icy hell.
@Froodjakle Stating the fact you only need to use the upper cut to play him isn't an opinion, it's a fact. You can switch all his styles and try to be really fancy and shit with him, but you only need to pick one style and stay with it to really play Dante.
Am I still the only one that hears the similarity to Agni and Rudra's theme and sees the similarities between Bael and Dagon and Agni and Rudra? They are very similar in a lot of ways.

I'll agree utilizing his wide variety of attacks is far more enjoyable, and I never said I only spam those attacks. I just said it's all you need to do, and it's the truth. In Bloody Palace AND in the actual story mode all the way through each difficulty. While it's satisfying to unload a bunch of combos onto the other guys

I think it is. I MUCH prefer Dante due to wider range of attacks and more options when fighting. Nero was pretty much a sword only guy. But Dante has a sword, gloves, lucifer, guns. shotgun and pandora. PLus all the styles. I prefer DAnte. definatley =D

that's why i allways change sound options: music max voice slightly lower and sfx lowest usually half the meter 5/10 for example

Angelo Credo was a fun boss, I didn't know until my second playthrough that you could grab the spears he throws at you and throw them back
