I use Xiaomi EU rom in my Xiaomi Poco F5 and it basically converted my POCO F5 to flagship Xiaomi series as POCO F5 has Miui for poco but since Xiaomi EU roms are based on Chinese rom it converted my mobile to flagship Xiaomi 😂🎉, no bloatwares , no ads , no extra apps (even I have to install TH-cam from playstore 🤣 😂 and since I rooted my mobile using magisk delta I unlocked all features that comes with Xiaomi 13 series and also installed lieca camera, HyperOS weather app, it has import option in themes store meaning we can import iPhone theme file and convert my Xiaomi's lockscreen to iOS 17 with more clock styles and animation then original iOS 17 even in MIUI with depth effect working , icon , status bar to exact iPhone 😂. My phone has 7+gen 2 which has more power then 8+gen 1 and little less then 8+gen 2 and bought it in 260$ in sale 🥰all my banking apps works and all safety net is passed as I hide root , I am waiting for Xiaomi EU HyperOS rom and I will shift it to that rom as soon as it is released 🥰

The 7+ gen 2 doesn't have as much performance as the 8+ gen 1

for some reason, you want to go back to native cn rom. can you still do that after installing/flashing with eu?

Hi, with this system is the Android Auto working as well? I use it almost daily in my car with my Samsung and I remember with the Mi11 Ultra I had issues with Android Auto.

4:47 What do you mean by proper 5g? Does 5g not work if you use it with stock China hyperos rom outside of China?
It does work as well in China HyperOS, but Band 7 and Band 20 aren't available.
So you can't get all the carrier aggregations, but you still get 5G, I tested 650 mbit, which is okay.
On some older Chinese Xiaomi phones, I wasn't even getting LTE+/4G+.

5g works here in the States. Using T-Mobile speeds are around 400-450mb down

Of course not, it's miui mate ) OS disabling everything but the buttons, when you installing NOVA launcher for example. I added my favourite and old Fluid navigation gestures 2.0 beta to this setup and (almost) everything works fine with custom gestures. To hide system buttons you should use a magisk module✌️
@@Ko6pa Nice, last time i bought a Chinese model 12S ultra and had issues with Miui EU not been stable and wanted global stable but it never released globally. Im happy with OnePlus this year with the 12 but there is an android 14 issue with 3rd party launchers(small delay when returning to homescreen) but there is a magisk module to replace the recents luckily with versions from custom ROMS wIth default navigation gestures working 100%. moved away from Sammy which does not have this issue but never feels as fluid as the Chinese OEMs

Do you have any problems with applications closing and not sending notifications with the EU ROM?
Didn't notice as of now, notifications work, no apps force close. All seems under control.

OK I have a Xiaomi 14 Pro and would like to have the EU rom. I thought the bootloader restrictions prevented this? Is there any other alternate method? I would really like to have the EU rom installed.

The pop up and split screen options in harmony is better specially if you can save a certain app split combo. We don't have that in OneUi6
I'm not keen on the other animations tho, I prefer response speed than animation fluidity. When my Xiaomi updated to Hyper OS, they essentially slowed the response speeds just to highlight their new animations, its good and all but I sped it up anyway using dev options because, if I ever want to focus on animations, I'd watch animé series, 😅

I gonna buy this phone in china, because I’m actually in china. How can I put google inside of it? I’ve checked in a xiaomi store, I can download google play, I can enable google services switcher in options, but what then? I don’t think it will be completely operated by google services

Xiaomi authorized me in the Community app but the phone doesn’t in the Settings, it says Request authentication from the Community, so I’m stuck in that..

I don't think android auto will work. You need to unlock the bootloader to be able to flash roms.

Actually I think only with Services you can find on the Internet. Some companies offer Admin Tokens to unlock bootloader or you do the official way, but Xiaomi has tightend their regulations and getting an official unlock seems hardly possible anymore.
And the author of this Video obviously do Not want to give any hint in that - for serious reasons ;)

yes make sure to backup everything before installing this rom. you have to backup everything anyway since you have to unlock the bootloader, it'll wipe everything.
A lot of people are having issues with Google Wallet. You should've mentioned that you're using the "weekly" ROM, meaning it's unstable/in testing phase. HyperOS has NOT been released as stable by Xiaomi.EU.
HyperOS isn't released globally yet, what do you expect...
@@VelianSpeaksTech Xiaomi.EU is not based on Global ROM, so that wouldn't be relevant anyways. However, HyperOS HAS BEEN release globally.
@Labios_Rotos It's based on China Rom + what not fjxes, but Xiaomi 14 isn't even out globally, you can't expect that EU guys will release a stable port already, even HyperOS stock were getting updates every 2 days....

@@VelianSpeaksTech Hey I remained with the unbloated chinese rom, because I was scared of losing hyperOS interconnectivity features. If you installed the latest update on the xiaomi 14 pro, would I get the interconnectivity features.

I just got mine done using NC unlock. Pricey but literally took less than 5 mins.
Guy is legit. Took 10 mins. Didn't have to do anything but download the software and go into fastboot mode

I personally believe if you need a phone immediately getting it by November and December is still a good purchase so you can at least feel good that you have the currently most powerful phone in the world

Need to unlock the bootloader either using mi unlock and meeting all new criterias for bootloader unlock or use a paid service and after this install custom rom.
"I have a POCO F4, I bought it about a month ago, I have the 6GB RAM/128 ROM variant, and I immediately installed the Xiaomi.eu_MIUI_14.0.9. If I compare the smoothness and stability of this ROM with the Stock that was on 14.0.2, they are two different devices. The Stock ROM always performed poorly, and despite having the basic variant, with Xiaomi.eu, the device runs super smoothly, without any hiccups, no ads... I can enjoy the real MIUI experience without any problems. I've been using it for 1 month and everything is correct. 👍🏻
