I bought that charger today.. it says that it is possible to monitor the charger remotely from anywhere bin the world but you need a vrm account and the vrm account needs a device added that is itself wifi capable and can be connected to the internet..then you can use the vrm to see your charger..
Seems odd not to just have the blue smart charger connect straight to a router..but hey it's from the Netherlands so it won't be seamless.

really need help. I'm searching the internet, but I can't find clear answers anywhere.
1.) I need a charger that I can use without removing the battery from the car. Can I use it this way by connecting it to specific terminals in the car?
2.) How does the PowerSupply mode work? Can I use this mode for constant voltage charging of the battery?
For example, I set the voltage to 14V and the current to 5A. What will happen if the current exceeds 5A, will the charger lower the voltage?"

Since you can use the Victron App and connect your phone via Bluetooth you can adjust the setting or with the buttons the mode of charging. You can use the High mode which will charge with 14.7V. If you use the Li-ion Mode it will charge with 14.2V. I h ope that helps.

Shouldn't be a problem to keep it on since it's smart enough to know when to charge and when to change to storage mode

I have Ip22 version of victron. I can see you are advanced user. Do you know maybe if it is possible to push charging parameters like voltage and current via bluetooth to any BT gateway to log charging information? I see you have connected raspberry PI what is its role. I wanted to capture current parameters bt Esp32 BLE, but not sure if charger is sharing this in Open protocol or this is only between victron devices compatibile with their Network.

Looks like you are more experienced with the electrical components. I am not aware of the protocol which Victron is using but the Victron portal and the Victron components are all connected iai Bluetooth or wire to transmit their data to the Dashboard (Raspberry PI). I am afraid but I do not have that knowledge.

Hi mate. Can you charge the battery with the Victron while The battery is still Discharging or in the middle of use by a 12v inverter?
