I have practiced Ho’oponopono for years and I think this powerful clearing prayer is of great help to reduce our karmic account. You can also recite the 4 mantras “Sorry, Pardon, Thank you, I love you” in your meditation and in any situation where you need to find the right solution. Cheers. 😍😝
Thing is, Sanatan Dharma aka Hind.uism has existed WAH BEFORE any kinda hAwAiiAn shamanic or what ever it is. The concept of Karma is cent percent Hindu anyway, don't see the need to putting it with "new" ideologies ( or desert cults ) which already are inspired from Sanatan Dharma.

I have not done anything to them, they don't want me. They want freedom from responsibility. I have accepted It and living alone. They send me money for maintenance. @@madhaviradha2535 .. I attempted suicide thrice as a 12 & then 17 yr old as, my real mother & father tortured me so much. But since I touched death, I started enjoying every moment - every sip of ☕️, tea, every meal 🥘- as if it’s my last. Hv been super happy ever since. Pl follow some form of Deep meditations🧘♀️ . I follow Art of living. But u can follow Sadguru, Avdhoot Baba .. Shivanand.. any of those. Go to their ashram, live there. Even online u can do. God has held this body together by breath. & we pay no attention to it. Hope this helps.
