The lessons that I learned is self love. When I started valuing myself more, respecting myself and knowing my self worth, what other people say about me doesn’t matter to me anymore. Because I know myself better. I trust in my own skills and capabilities. I now realise after spiritual healing, meditation and prayers that I had a clear vision of who I really am and my purpose in this world. I am meant to leave by example. If I haven’t learned the hardest lesson that I need to learn and that’s self love, I can’t share it with others. They say that you can’t give what you don’t have. That’s right. When I look in the mirror everyday I wake up, I’m more happy and contented because I know that I am a loveable person and values my self worth.

Years ago I found myself in a horribly miserable state. I was in such a dark and pit of hopelessness, I thought I'll never be the able to come out if it. So, then accidentally I came across BK Sister's telecast in the tv channel and from day 1 I found 'salvation' of sorts. That was more than a decade ago.
