Why does drummer Shivamani use bucket, vip suitcase, drums and cymbals together! They should use only Indian music instruments to make songs.

Broderick guitar is panned to the right. The background riff continues being played by Broderick when this note plays. It's actually obvious that Mustaine solo is overdubbed - it's weird you try to say the opposite. The point could be simple - low sound quality of cab micing, not suitable for dvd. Voice is overdubbed too btw - because he sounded extremely bad during that period.
