Hi from Indonesia here. I choose to reduce the size of rear sprocket to 38T taken from pulsar 200 with a few adjustment to the new rear sprocket. Mainly to make a new hole in it to fit with RONIN. And also shortened the chain about 2 links to 114L from the standard 116L So the final ratio i get is 38/13=2.92 A slightly lower than yours. And it is very comfortable for cruising in a highway for long time, without stressing the engine. Hold at 100 kmph at only 6K RPM on 5th gear

You can try motocare, mototorque etc websites. A lot of people in my group use the Motocare saddlestay and pillion can sit with ease while there are saddle bags on it
@@Motors2Motherboards was it possible to grind it other way, grind for sproket instead of shaft ? will you show in any video how you grind it? and you put back stock sprocket back, was there any issue in fitting once you grind the shaft
They are excellent. Good grip in dry and wet conditions. Excellent braking and cornering. Good performance in offroads too. Only con is a bit of tyre noise post 110kmph.

The bigger is the sprocket the faster the acceleration. Thats why cycle has big ass sprocket in front. Because our feet rpm is slower than the long stroke engine.
Not worth it. We will loose torque which will put a lot stress on the engine when going up the hill and just for few extra kms. If it was about kms then people would have bought Bajaj Paltina, honda shine etc. Anyways, it was a grat video but definitly not gonna touch my stock bike. :)
I specifically mention in the video that you will loose out torque and you will have to use 1st gear more, when in hills. It's a trade off for sure . This mod is not about few extra kms, it's about the comfort of cruising. Also happy and safe rides to you

Oh. For now don't think about mods and just ride more. Also there's a resonance zone in the 4000-5000 rpm band crossing it smoothens out the bike. Before 1st service try not to cross 4000 rpm

Won't have an issue. I switched back to the stock sprocket for a mountain trip in June.
