These Houses are Big. 2,000 square feet, 3,000 square feet. They're all under $100k, a few of them are Multi Family, and ALL of them need of Love and Attention.

One thing you have to watch for is since it's an 1882 build the historic society. I ran into this in Marion North Carolina it was built back in the 1800s but the front of the house was original. Built using no nails and the only thing that I could do is work on it to match exactly the way it was when it was originally built. Now the back of the house was added on later I could do anything the customer wanted but the front I had to match what was there. Because it was registered with the historic society in Marion.
