It does seem likely that Lucy Letby has been used as a scapegoat for dire NHS failings. Thank you for helping to highlight and expose this. Mark Mayes has also been very focused on the injustice of the Lucy Letby case on his YT channel.

Bless you for doing this. I appreciate it, Mark Mayes has the same heart too for justice for Lucy.
It would seem that the doctors involved with Lucy's disciplinary procedure are deeply involved in both a blame culture and pointing fingers at Lucy where previously Lucy had an exemplary record. Its personal to these doctors to see Lucy behind bars. They need investigation, and prosecution for malicious false testimony.

Please keep working to expose this miscarriage of justice.Lucy told us right at the start that this was all about her being made a scapegoat for gross failings in the NHS.

When I was a kid, I pulled the stickers off my parents rubik's cube to rearrange them on the correct sides. They didn't stick back on vey well though.

thank you for speaking out and putting the momentum forward. everyone needs to get with this. there may be hanger on-er's trying to deny and suppress the truth but any decent intelligent human being will see this for the stitch up that it is. Lucy should also be compensated as how on earth can you recover from all this. its destroyed the life of a hard working honest caring and innocent person and it all needs to be put right.

Have read up on this case since i got jino lucys case. The fact she appealed her convictions and they then stuck her with more convictions on even less evidence is crazy...

How long has this been going on for Lucy Letby? Since 2015. It must be pure hell for her, nobody could remain totally in their right mind after all she has suffered, if (as I believe) innocent.

Lucy was more squeaky clean than 99% of the people who slander her in terms of search history...... You would be surprised the crazy shit you will see on the average joes search history.

I agree with the idea that Lucy's conviction is unsafe.
Statistics should not be used to convict anyone. Statisics can be highly misleading and can be used to lie. There was a book published a few decades ago "How to Lie with Statistics". I haven't read it but the titile speaks much. I have an MSc in statistics.

    It works like this:
Society - "We want dispassionate nurses."
Also society - "That nurse did not panic in an emergency, she must be a psychopath!"
Society - "We want nurse who have an emotional connection with their patients."
Also society - "That nurse was far too emotionally involved with those babies."
Much of the time we are at the mercy of luck and the state of mind of those around us.

two major omissions/errors by the prosecution "expert " witnesses and paediatric consultants:- 1. how would air injected intravenously reach the arterial circulation? this would be required for the air to get to the skin. (in the abscence of a left to right shunt) 2. how could a paediatrician in resussc of an infant not need to put their stethoscope on the chest? if they did as they should they should have surely heard the classical mill wheel murmur typical of air getting trapped in the atrium and or ventricle of the right heart? these issues fall in understanding of basic student level clinical medicine

I wonder how long it will take for the Thirwell Inquiry report to be published?
If she gets a re-trial surely the findings will be used by both the prosecution and the defence but I think she will benefit from the information revealed

I think the Thirwell Inquiry should be stopped. When counsel to the inquiry has said it shall not entertain any questioning of Letby’s guilt the inquiry serves only a potentially fallacious endeavour which in the fullness of time may mean the whole thing looks like a fools errand.

She complained about the hierarchy and this is what happens when you dare do that. This wasn't meant to go as far as this but they lost control of it. Would Managers go as far as to see an innocent person jailed for life to save their sorry arses b on a filthy ward with babies so preterm that you could hold one in your hand. You bet they would.
Let this girl go, bring back Matron and get rid of the penpusherbstarting with the liars at Lucy's mockery of a trial

while this was going on with lucy, another hospital experienced a food posioning outbreak which killed babies and for a while people didnt know what was doing it. ALSO in the US a hospital had a 300% increase in babies deaths which they couldnt work out what was doing it.

It needs to be illegal for prosecution to withhold evidence that can free a person. Its well established the prosecution can have SOLID EVIDENCE that the person didnt do it but their job is to IGNORE that evidence and push as hard as possible and lie to convict the person.
