Thanks for reacting to their live shows - they're more a working band more than a hogging a studio and making records band. A band that always delivers a great show.
The Mick Taylor years -just the best. And yes Taylor is a virtuoso to most guitar players, love A Minor and Spanish from his first post Stones record are terrific jazz fusion songs in the Mahavishnu Jeff Beck era
Lol the stones were playing bad boys that eventually became bad boys according to Lemmy from Motörhead and the Beatles came from Liverpool where it was much rougher part of England.
Can't single out just one man-it was the whole band together that made them-they all played a part. Saying one person was so great doesn't cut it._ I always thought Keith Richard was doing just fine-he wrote and played so many great riffs you can't list them all-very underrated.
That was the Stones at their performing peak. 1972 U.S tour. And how about that brilliant guitar solo by the great Mick Taylor. Unfortunately, they never sounded that good again. Still great, but not at this level. Unbelievable. Great choice guys.
@gozaband He really was. Probably still is, if he's still playing. Taylor lifted the Stones to another level when he was there. He replaced Brian Jones in 1969, and left the Stones in 1974. They still made good, occasionally great music after he left, but they were never as good again. From the same concert, check out their cover of Robert Johnson's "Love In Vain". Taylor plays two of the best guitar solos you'll ever hear.
@helgeolsen9727 I did. No, he wasn't, but neither were the rest of them. And it was a pretty high bar he set the first time around. And they still sounded better when he was with them on-stage.
When they share the mic on the chorus is one of the most iconic images in rock history.
They were too awesome 😊
Thank you for this version of that song! 😍 (from a very long Stones Fan)
Love the Stones
Love your face line 😊
Energy and charisma off the chart
Same
😂
Keith will always be the coolest guy in rock. Love to see you two react to "Can't You Hear Me Knocking". Good luck on your channel.
Thank you! We will put it on our list! And I agree, Keith is the coolest!
Perhaps my second favorite Stones-song, after "Miss You", great lyrics too!
Everything on the 1972 concert is fantastic, Stones at their best. My favorites on this concert are Love in Vain, Brown Sugar and Gimme Shelter.
Nice we will have the check out the whole show!!
🌸 one of my very favorite Stones songs

The great Charlie Watts holding it down. RIP Charlie you understated genius.
The greatest band in the world, The Rolling Stones.
Yessss
new here thanks for the great reactions. Try the Stones Some Girls 1978 Concert in Houston. Beast of Burden and Miss You Live
🌸 when my children were growing up, I used to sing the hook to the song to them when there was a an issue with whatever at the moment.😊

Recommend "all down the line" and "sympathy for the devil" , both have live versions😂
They were bad boys 60 years ago and they're bad boys now. Me too..

Mick Taylor took the Stones to stratospheric heights.

Aaahh thank you that was Mick Taylor! I didn’t want to get it wrong so I didn’t say his name but in my heart I knew it was him. Phenomenal player

Yes the Taylor years they were greatest band
@@davescurry69if you saw Taylor in 2012-13-14 with Stones he was nowhere near what he used to be.

That’s an old video. Keith almost looks human but still a great musician!!!!
Jagger - Richards
Nanker - Phelge
Rock 🤘😎
Nanker/Phelge was the credits they used when it was a group composition, not just Jagger/Richards.
Look up stones live performances at the marquee club. Mick in his prime at his slinkiest best 😅
Typically their live versions were BETTER than the record😂
Totally off time out of time version. Worst version like a sound check. version. The actual tempo is different on the record ect and other lives
