Sir last week on saturday my left elbow got dislocated in a bike and bicycle road accident and now i am having plaster on my left hand so what should i do now train with one hand or not ???? And my goal is to learn planche and i can do adv tuck planche and its dips but this happed......
I love how down to earth their warm up is. Nothing crazy and showy like 500 dips plus 300 pushups lol It is very realistic and motivating!
