I had the struggle to find an Architect and i found it as Im having unique design needs and to reflected in reality in my house. Allow me to ask multiple queries and i thank you for your time. Does Ndarugo block you used for walling is ideal type that can give good temperature control (heat/cold) and sound proofing? I have a concern on walling insulation of temperature and sound. I need to use waterproofing rolls for toilets, kitchen, and laundry and some plumbers i asked do not have the proper skills of installing waterproofing rolls in toilets. Are you able to recommend me skilled plumbers that can handle that task? My house going to be flat roof and Im planning to use T Beams for slabs instead of conventional slab. I was comparing cons and pros of both techniques in terms of strength, durability and cost. I would appreciate if you have any information on T Beams. Thank you very much

Im now working on to install CCTV Solar camera, temporary toilet for usage of workers, storage room.... i was planning to build storage but again the materials need to store, so i decided to buy container and put it onsite....
