Wonderful lay out. I mostly opt the lay outs and workmanship of houses built in Kenya but this house is 10/10 Having big windows was good decision, color mood board of paint wall, tiles, and floor is top notch... The unique thing looking good to me is horizontal glass of staircase, it gives good lighting and not exposing privacy seeing from outside during night. The other installer of bathroom tile little bit went wrong but is acceptable. You can apply white powder grouting and will look nice. Bathroom layout is perfect and horizontal floor trap of shower area is well done. Honestly, getting this good workmanship in Kenya is dream and you must have shown patience during construction. The construction team deserve big clap 👏👏 Stay Blessed

This is a very beautiful, well-done house. My only concern is that your house's windows are not secure-remember you were robbed before. Without some internal grills on those windows, the same thieves or a new set of thieves will go in and steal from you in the future. - They might not be aesthetically appealing, but we are Kenyans, and we know how our villages are-please think about that . Also please prioritize the perimeter wall . you have installed expensive items already that thieves can take even before your house is complete. Your location for washer and dryer is a recipe for thieves those are very high demand items in Kenya right now my suggestion is you create room for them inside the house

It has various painting method, the one you used is called rainy pattern. The steel gutters looking amazing and also durable than plastic. The sleek exterior and facade are wonderful... It is nice you didnt use the exterior mouldings that people usually do at the exterior. The large windows give you good light and aesthetic appeal. The door size is nice and better than double door size. Im sure you spent more time in planning and carefully selected each material used in this house. The only thing i would opt is placing equipments like solar at outside. I feel it would be better to place it inside for security purposes but you are the one familiar with the situation of your village. Congratulations to you
