I would have to say that Latias EX SIR and Latios IR are my chases for this set. Since I don't have the heart one I thought it would be a nice consolation with the 2 cards.
Surging Sparks hurts me. I've done about 200 packs and I've pulled 10 regular ex's, 5 IRs, 6 full arts, no trainers and 5 ace specs. Very low pull rate for me. I like the skarmory card. I have the Holo skarmory from neo genesis That I pulled as a kid and I've always liked him since then.

Love the milotic and the febas combo. One of my favorite evolutions. Latios is slick too though. I like it more than the latias.
