    It might just be but it seemed like people were afraid to tell me I gained weight. I blew up to 250 at 5’7 during covid. And don’t even get me started on the dad bod cope. It took a FitXFearless short of him saying don’t complain about dating if your fat and short that made me lean max and lock in.

    I'm 6'2" and 195 lbs - down from being kind of fat at 230 lbs last year. Being overweight isn't fun.

      isn’t 230 at 6’2 pretty normal?

    Great podcast/interview, well done to both yourself and the gentleman you were interviewing on your weight loss.
    A common and false criticism of the B.lackpill, is that it doesn’t encourage self improvement, that’s false, the Blackpill does encourage men to be the best versions of themselves, they can be eg. looksmaxxing, however be realistic and know your limitations. I did try to looksmax myself, and got into great shape, but vvomen just saw me as an ugly man with a good body. For looksmaxxing to work you need a base to work with.
    Once again, great podcast/interview, and well done on turning your dating life around.

      Exactly I’ve heard many others in our community preach self improvement I’ll never forget rehab room saying “it’s not about being a threat, it’s about looking like one”

    Off topic but do y'all think it would be more harder for a sub5 to quit p0rnography compared to a normie/Chad?

    • @notsojharedtroll23
      @notsojharedtroll23 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      Absolutely. Chad will get 🐱 more often, so he can quench it more easily. The sub5... well you outa know

      @@notsojharedtroll23 yeah I thought the same. It must be discouraging to notice you not getting any "superpowers" from abstaining from 🌽 hub. And I feel like it's so much more likely for the sub5 to eventually slip back into it and go even further down into it to the point of paying girls on onlyfanz and things like escortmaxxing.

      The guy above gave the perfect andeer but I'll flesh it out some more.
      When I was a teen I was in love with video games. Ps one, PS2 all the way to computer games. It was in my late teens that I found Pron. I was addicted to it. Both were good. When I quit it (you can) and then video games I realised both were means for Escapism.
      Pron filled the intimacy a d relationship aspect.
      And video games the competitive side of me.

      We need to give this guy a Sociology PHD degree.

      Yes but it's a vicious cycle. You need to break out of the habit of eating like crap, and disrespecting your body and you'll probably end up with a gf. It starts from you. Cant just have a give up mentality.
