My son lives in Dallas GA and wants me to move there from Albany NY. But the cost of a small ( 1000 sq feet) house is quite a bit more than my home. Are there any small less than $100k homes

Smyrna is home to the new baseball stadium which is definitely driving those prices higher and higher everyday. Its not as affordable as it used to be
