This is a great video. I watched other seed ball videos and couldn't get them to turn out. This was easy to understand and I loved the idea to sew the bead work to the pearl. However, I had to do 10 rows of 12, instead of 9 for my 12mm pearl with size 10 seed beads to get it to cover the pearl nicely. It turned out wonderful! Thank you!
Thank you very much for your feedback! 🥰 It can be different amount of the rows, as pearls/beads can be slightly different in size, depending on manufacturers, as well as seed beads, Japanese seed beads are different than Czech and different from Chinese. I am very glad you found the way how to finish your beaded bead! Well done 🥰👌🙌
Great video, thank you! May I suggest that for training purposes, you make a tutorial video changing seed bead colour every time you add a row/with each step up or step down. It’ll make it a lot easier to follow/learn. I think using two or three colours will help explain it more clearly! Thanks again!
Thank you very much for your comment :) for smaller beads you need to reduce rows, for bigger beads you need to add rows :) but beginning and end of the bead will stay the same
Lovely video...thanks a lot for sharing! I want to try this with 8/0 Miyuki seed beads with a 12mm bead inside. How would I adjust the rows in this case, please?
Thank you very much :) I didn’t try with this sizes, but I think it might be all the same with rows, as it is in this video. As you will use bigger bead for inside and bigger seed beads, so try to make it the same. If it won’t work, you will understand do you need more rows or less. Looking forward for your result! Would be happy to see it😃
Sorry did a mistake 😅 I use 12 mm bead in this video. The same as you are planing to use in your project. So it might work for you to make one row less in the beginning and one row less in the end. As your seed beads are bigger than I use in this video. Suggestion in Previous comment would work with 14 mm bead instead of 12 mm bead. :)
Hello, thank you for your question, for smaller size of a bead you will need to make less rows of seed beads. One-two rows less in the beginning and same in the end, it all depends on size of a bead and seed beads you will use for your project. :)
If you are beginner, better start with this tutorial and with materials I tell about, as like that you will understand the idea of this technique. Create 2-3 beads following this tutorial and than try to adjust for your needs. Most important is to understand technique ;)
Hello Nice video , but in the beginnig when starting off not very clear did you go down two of the beads or one , please if you could do another tutorial I would appriciate .
Hello, thank you very much for your feedback, just found your comment. I will try my best in the future to record one more tutorial about beaded beads. ;)
For larger bead, 14 mm, you need to add more rows: 1-2 round and 3-5 will be the same as in 12mm bead, 6-8 round you should have 12 beads, 9-15 round you should have 16 beads, 16-18 round 12 beads, 19-20 round 8 beads and 21-22 4 beads.

Great! Thank you for sharing. 👍 I love beaded beads but they are a mystery to me. 😕 Is there a trick or formula for creating them in different sizes?
Thank you very much for your comment :) for smaller beads you need to reduce rows, for bigger beads you need to add rows :) but beginning and end of the bead will stay the same
@@daisyqdesign Sounds simple. I guess I'm intimidated by when to reduce and add rows but I'll figure it out. 👍 Thank you, again!

How to adjust for smaller size
Hello, thank you for your question, for smaller size of a bead you will need to make less rows of seed beads. One-two rows less in the beginning and same in the end, it all depends on size of a bead and seed beads you will use for your project. :)

Trying for the first time.so want to try on small size. Don't have any idea about the bead size also.
If you are beginner, better start with this tutorial and with materials I tell about, as like that you will understand the idea of this technique. Create 2-3 beads following this tutorial and than try to adjust for your needs. Most important is to understand technique ;)
@@daisyqdesign Do you still do the increase to 12? I have a 10mm bead.

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback, just found your comment. I will try my best in the future to record one more tutorial about beaded beads. ;)
How would you adjust if you are using size 11 beads?
It depends on what brand of size 11 you use. As sometimes 11 is almost equal to 10 :) But if they are smaller you will need to add more rows.
How do you adjust rows for larger beads
For larger bead, 14 mm, you need to add more rows: 1-2 round and 3-5 will be the same as in 12mm bead, 6-8 round you should have 12 beads, 9-15 round you should have 16 beads, 16-18 round 12 beads, 19-20 round 8 beads and 21-22 4 beads.
@@daisyqdesign Thank you for that extra info.
