- 10mm bead covered with seed beads using circular peyote stitch
List of materials and where you could buy them from:
1) 10mm round bead or pearl
2) size 10/0 seed beads of two colours
(I use brown and light purple)
3) thread of your choice - an armspan is enough
I use 0.14mm (5.50lbs) monofilament
4) size 10 beading needle
5) scissors
6) pliers (not obligatory)

Is there a row # in which you begin your decrease? Also, there is only one row of decresse? Can you tell me the total numbers or rows in this project?

Ok, I checked. In my ball there are 17 rows in total (with peyote stich I count diagonally). The first 2 are with 4 beads, than I make an increase and continue adding 8 beads in a row until my 15-th row inclusive. Than I decrease in the 16-th so the 16-th and the 17-th consist again of 4 beads each. Have in mind something else - sometimes the beads you use differ from lot to lot, although they are described as one and the same size by manufacturer (in this case 10/0). So somethimes you might need to add an additional row, but I am sure you will feel when it is time to start decreasing from the space left :) Happy beading! :)

How many beads of the purple and brown do you have ?
I don`t know the exact number, but if you buy standard 15 gr. from each, this will be more than enough!

Sorry, that I answer so late. Somehow I missed your comment. I heaven't done biger beads. I think I sow a tutorial in russian with 12 mm bead. And I have seen pictures on pinterest with bigger beads, but I never tried them. Take a look around, I am sure, you will find somewhere info.😀👍🏻😃

Write in Google the diameter of your ball and peyote stitch and you will probably find a tutorial for the size of your ball.
The size of ball around is like 4inches around using for a keychain

I am having a hard time with the instructions you are doing and it's hard to do it very slow. Can't see what you are doing with your hand in the way
Sorry, dear! This is one of the first successful videos on my channel and maybe I didn't show it properly. Probably I will post a remake later. What I do is a circular peyote stitch with increasing and decreasing of the rows. Search for circular peyote stitch in google to see how it is done. Happy beading!
