I miss ATE super blue, it was so easy to tell when the fluid had come from the master cylinder when it changed color. I would alternate between colors with it.
The average guy might not realize that brake fluid is hygroscopic. It is able to absorb moisture from the surrounding environment. That includes moisture in your compressor. Be extra sure your compressor is drained and the tank is dry. Professional shops usually have systems to keep the compressed air dry. Most home mechanics don't. By the way, never leave the brake fluid reservoir cap off for longer than you have, too. This is important in areas of high humidity.
most pressure bleeder are max 15-20 psi, but if you plug the overpressure relief valve, it can pump as high as 50-70 psi,, i blocked my pressure relief valve, i have a manual type.. not to advertise, but any manual pump type is better than a air operated unit..
This guy is crazy removed the reservoir and potentially damage during it removal and order those grommets too because no shop removes a reservoir clean..
annoying tool, i have a manual pump type, does not make noise, no need for shop air , some shop air have water in the lines, i say in my professional opinion, this tool is a NO GO, back to the drawing board,,..
