35 years later I still watch them every day and never get tired. So many people feel the same. It has to be the only show in the history of entertainment that holds that honor.

I was a kid when i first watched this show and they looked soooo old to me, but now they don't look as old as i remember. Funny how that goes.

I loved Rose's shade because it was always unexpected
3:31- this part makes me laugh, but I always feel a tad guilty because apparently when they got the script for the episode, Bea Arthur broke down in tears over this scene.
The writers offered to remove it from script, but Bea was a trooper and said she'd do it.
You'll notice in later seasons they didn't do many jokes about Dorothy's looks.
The Golden Girls is just a shining example of giving actors the right script to make the show great. If the writing for the show was bad or just average, the acting wouldn’t be praised as much, I’m sure.
Some people should be forever young and live for ever, i would chose these four. They give me joy
