Well, like a dope I followed Rick's Part Number SKS 6206-2RSNR/CE to the tee. I should have checked it but I found out it should be SKS ##### 6208 ####### -2RSNR/CE when I opened the package to the one I ordered. WAAAy TOO Small!
Bill Craig, I've only done one. On it I used cotton and mixed it with hardening gasket sealer. I packed it into the hole and let it cure. I've had no problems with it. I also cleaned the hole out first to remove all oil so the sealant could adhear.
gracias amigo excelente explicación me a ayudado mucho.. tengo un cj5 que estoy reparando.... le pido un favor muy amablemente si usted podría activar la opción de traducción de los subtítulos ya que soy de colombia y no entiendo mucho el inglés
hernan0625, Sorry but it would take me days that I don't have to turn on and use the subtitle function. However, you can go to my scripted rebuild guide @ willystech.com/wt/T90RebuildGuide/T90rebuild.htm and use a translator to convert it to the required language. I hope this helps.
Rick Stivers awesome I will look into thanks again for all your videos I will be starting my rebuild shortly on the t-90 and I will be relying on your videos drastically!

Great guide, Rick. How do you recommend sealing the oil hole in an extended main gear if running a sealed front bearing?

Thanks again, Rick.
Bill Craig, No problem. I'm always ready to help out. Besides that gives me a way to update the videos and rebuild guide to answer more questions.

Vale muchacho, vamo!
Thankyou so much for your videos quick question where can I buy that sealed bearing
Triple A I know Novak sells one but a good bearing shop should be able to find you a sealed version of your original bearing. That's what I did.

Quick question. I've heard most manual transmissions are very similar. Would you say I could use this tutorial to rebuild my 3 speed t 150?
