An easy 5/5 tier fruit, It is incredibly versatile that the only limits is the obligatory "stamina draining" side effect that Oda uses when he cannot come with weaknesses for fruits and that you need medical knowledge to use it to its full potential. Also misleading title, the first clip is from the Sabaody Archipelago Arc.
Train your stamina, go to school to be a surgeon. Make millions and become the best surgeon to ever live. I see no downside to this fruit in the real world. Extra abilities like being able to teleport if you're in danger or need to get somewhere quick, if you ever get jumped or robbed you can easily dispatch your aggressors. 10/10
