hi john not sure if im right but your arm swing with the ball doesnt look right. you could definitely bee getting a bigger swing creating more momentum there for helping you jump higher. this could be don by bring the ball back behind the hip and then using momentum to keep the ball in your hand? idk tell me if im wrong or right just interested
Yo Satyar it seems like on every lob attempt you’re always getting to the ball as it’s coming down rather than when it’s at its peak which I think is causing you to struggle to keep control of it. I think if you start your approach just a little earlier you’d have better success rate on lobs
Fun fact i touched rim for the first time in this gym - at 16
Damn you were a late bloomer for pro dunkers
Can’t believe I touched rim before CJ did 😂
I hit my first dunk at 14
Ive dunked on 9 10 and I'm 16 I'm a bit late also
awesome to see John ! 🙌

🔥🔥🔥
Why u always cuffin off dribble just try and palm it on the underside. Cuff is harder
For me it is harder as well. I don't get it.
@@nikolairose2739 it’s just objectively harder. Palm the ball with your palm facing up then run and arm swing normally. Way easier
Christopher Nolan type camera angle
Yassssss
So many excuses
