Nope. These colleyball players use momentum and their weight to produce powerful smash. But in slap contest they are forbidden to lift their foot when slapping which will prevent them to perform their usual biomechanic that produce powerful slap.
@@Otaku_takuyt but still... I think they could slap with power and harder than most slap fighters if they get used to the slap fighting rules cos their hands and muscles got used to spiking already
@@alwayjohnrallos7359 volleyball player use core contraction vertically just like the movement when you do sit up to produce force when spiking the ball. In powerslap contest they use the core in rotation movement "twisting movement" just like how baseball player move when hitting the ball with a bat. 2 completely different movement. There isa reason why they are volleyball player and not a powerslap contestant.
