Everything he’s saying in this video is 100% correct. I look back at all my failed attempts with women and he literally is hitting the nail on the head. Thank you for waking me up and making me a better man.
Getting incarcerated/heartbroken by my first gf of 5yrs was the best thing that could’ve ever happened to me. I’m a month out now and am getting stronger physically, and mentally. Listened to this twice! Only this past week have I been able to realize this and remove myself from a toxic relationship , that I believed cared. With the help of these videos and realizing the few people who truly care, I'm realizing my self worth and able to use my energies to caring for myself and the few people how were and are there when it might have been easier to walk away. Not just being a taker, but a giver . Thanks for helping me free myself and to focus my heart on the friends who have shown care. What a good feeling and gratitude for these people!!!! ❤

I was skeptical about this advice at first, but it truly works wonders. When you stop trying so hard and focus on your own growth, she notices. Its as if the absence speaks louder than words. I experienced this recently and it was almost like she could sense the shift in energy. This video explains it perfectly, and it’s a great reminder of the power of silence. Sometimes the best way to communicate your worth is to say nothing at all.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and your thoughtful insight! It’s incredible how focusing on personal growth and practicing quiet confidence can make such a noticeable impact. I’m glad the video resonated with you and helped reinforce the power of silence in expressing your worth. Sometimes, actions-or the lack of them-truly do speak louder than words. If you found this helpful, please feel free to share it with others who might benefit as well. Thanks again for watching!
Literally experiencing this right now and I can see all of the behaviors you’ve discussed unfold in real time. Thanks for bringing me back to reality Legend, good video.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 🙏 I'm glad the video resonated with you and helped bring some clarity. I owe you a world of thanks. The content that you so graciously provide for free has changed my life in an unrecognizable way! Having a beautiful girl fly internationally to come visit me while I was on vacation was an amazing first for me.
Unbelievable helpfully video. Its like I have my own personal life coach watching all my moves. I thought I was the only living soul who had this pain to endure. I am grateful for the time this came into my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

I'm really glad you found the advice helpful. Dealing with a toxic boss can be incredibly draining, and it's understandable to feel overwhelmed. Remember to protect your mental and emotional well-being above all else-try to detach from their negative energy as much as you can. You’re stronger than you think, and focusing on what you can control is key. Hang in there, and don’t hesitate to take time for yourself to recharge. You’ve got this! And if this video helped, please share it with someone who might need it too. Wishing you strength and peace through this challenging time. 🙏
Your breakdown of emotional responses and the importance of silence is so well-articulated. This video truly resonates with anyone looking to grow and reclaim their inner strength.
I’ve been through a lot of pain in my life but always kind of shrugged it off. But one of the most painful parts was when I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 52 and realizing how long I struggled with it. The first year medicated was probably the lowest point of my life. I felt like I was falling into a deep pit I could never get out of. And the amount of loneliness I felt hurt the hardest. It took me a year to move past it and have been in therapy since (a lot of trauma through the years). At times I feel like my marriage is falling part and discovered a side of my wife I never knew existed because I couldn’t see it. It’s taken me a long time to get to where I wake up in the morning and realize it’s a new day and a new beginning. And I go to bed realizing I did my best and will start over again tomorrow. I am now working on not letting others emotions lead mine. It’s hard, but it’s a constant step forward. These videos are giving me new insights on new ways to improve myself. Stay strong brothers.
Every second of this video is pure gold. The connection between withdrawing communication and Stoic practices like self-discipline and patience is genius. Truly impactful advice-keep up the amazing work!
Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback! I’m thrilled to hear that you found the connection between withdrawing communication and Stoic practices so impactful. Your support truly means a lot and motivates me to keep creating meaningful content. This video really hit home for me. I was always the one putting in all the effort and it felt exhausting. The moment I stopped talking to her, she started reaching out more. It’s a reminder that sometimes the best thing to do is to let go and let her realize your value on her own. Great insights here!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s powerful to hear how stepping back allowed her to recognize your worth and gave you some peace as well. Letting go can be a difficult yet rewarding choice, and your story really highlights that. I’m glad the video resonated with you! Please feel free to share it with others who might benefit from this message. Thanks again for watching and being a part of this community!
This video is a game-changer! The way you’ve intertwined Stoicism with modern relationship dynamics is so insightful and empowering. Thank you for the clarity and practical advice!
Amazing content as always! Applying Stoicism to relationships is such a unique angle. It's fascinating to learn about controlling our responses and not the outcomes.
I love how this video breaks down the importance of being emotionally self-sufficient. No one can play games with your heart when you are already in control of your own life. Real wisdom here. 👏
This has been an up and down relationship for 9 years. I told her I lost myself because I was always all about her. A month later she is now in a relationship with a woman. Doing things I had asked of her. I’m broken, but this channel is helping me stay strong. Thank you
I’m really sorry to hear what you’ve been through. It takes a lot of courage to admit when we’ve lost ourselves in a relationship, and it’s even harder when someone moves on so quickly. Remember, focusing on your own growth and rediscovering who you are is a powerful first step. I’m glad to hear that this channel is helping you stay strong - that’s exactly why I do this. Stay resilient, and trust that better days are ahead. Thank you for sharing your experience, and please feel free to share the videos with anyone else who might need this support too. You're not alone in this journey!
I understand you lost yourself, I have too. But that’s just what you’re telling yourself and her. You did not lose yourself…😂, you are comfortable or get comfortable and your focus is distracted by things you can’t control. Do you smoke bud? If so you’re not gonna want to hear that it is part of the reason. Do you drink as a man? Alcohol?? 🍺 alcohol is an estrogen booster and so are tons of foods you eat. Are you around her as often as possible? Do you find yourself scrolling on social media, sitting alone for sometimes hrs in the same spot??? Video games or pc for hrs as well? Do you work? Do you exercise? All of these thing play a part. When you think about it… you can’t imagine how the hell you’re feeling this way because you should have control enough to shut those feelings off! Let me ask you this??? Do you wake up every day expecting it to be different only for it to end almost exactly the same as the prior day? If not very similar then? The problem isn’t her. Well actually the problem is both of you. You have to start with educating yourself, first and foremost you need a plan of action. Next, you must be sober! It’s dire that you are of a sober mind that you implement what needs to take place for a change. Third, you need an outlet!! For most, people picture working out or having a hobby that requires physical activity as well. Hiking kayaking, swimming or something like PE in school when you went in elementary! You literally have to go back mentally to the location where you drew the conclusions you have that are ailing you and rewrite them neurologically my friends. Also this could be a trauma! There is something called partner betrayal syndrome and if you look it up and look at the symptoms, tell me if they match yours. 😂 you’re stuck and can’t see through it. Hey… it takes 1 to know 1 😂. Check out stoicism and adopt some behavioral psychology maybe see a therapist but first get sober for a time to make some actual strong straight forward decisions 👍🏻 we can do this I ve been in my relationship for 17 years and wow the things people can say or do when emotionally distressed is crazy. Learn to control your emotions and be your own person
@@jasonn5530 Thank you for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful perspective-it’s clear you’ve put a lot of thought into understanding both yourself and others. Your advice on focusing on what we can control, educating ourselves, and creating a plan of action is incredibly valuable. The points about having a sober and clear mind, finding an outlet, and even revisiting past conclusions to rewrite them neurologically are profound. Stoicism, as you mentioned, aligns perfectly with the idea of controlling emotions and focusing on what’s within our power. It’s a reminder that self-improvement starts from within and requires consistent effort. Your experience of 17 years in a relationship is a testament to the value of resilience and emotional regulation. Thank you again for your insight-your words might inspire someone else to reflect and take the first steps toward growth. Stay strong and keep spreading positivity! 🙏✨
Brilliant video! You've elegantly bridged Stoic philosophy with modern relationship dynamics. The focus on controlling our own reactions rather than external outcomes resonates deeply, especially the part about using silence as a tool for personal growth rather than a reaction. It's a powerful reminder that we own our emotional state. Subscribed and looking forward to more!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! I’m glad the connection between Stoic philosophy and modern relationships resonated with you. Your insight about using silence as a tool for personal growth rather than reaction is spot on-it's truly empowering to own our emotional state. I appreciate your support and subscription! Please feel free to share this video with others who might benefit from its message. I'd love to hear which part of Stoicism you find most impactful in your own life! 😊
I did this recently when she rejected me and doesnt wanted to communicate with me. So, I removed her from all social media and within one month, I am feeling the freedom. Focus on yourself more.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s incredible to see how taking a step back and focusing on yourself can bring a sense of freedom and peace. Well done for making that move-it’s not easy, but it’s powerful. Keep prioritizing your growth and watch how everything falls into place. If you found value in this approach, feel free to share the video so more people can benefit from these insights. What part of the video resonated with you the most?
The stoic perspective on emotional independence is powerful. This video helped me understand why stepping back can sometimes be the best step forward. Subscribed for more!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! I'm glad the video resonated with you and helped shed light on the power of emotional independence. Stepping back truly can create space for growth and clarity. Your support means a lot-welcome to the community, and I look forward to sharing more insights with you!
This video explains that envy and resentment from others sometimes stem from their own flaws or insecurities. Rather than seeing others' success as motivation, some people feel threatened, leading to negative feelings. According to Stoic philosophy, we shouldn’t let others' envy affect us but instead focus on controlling our own emotions and actions.
Your explanation of how women respond when you stop talking is spot on. It’s fascinating how Stoic detachment can work so well in real-life situations. Great content as always!
I’ve never thought of silence as such a powerful tool in relationships until now. The way you’ve connected it to Stoicism is both practical and inspiring!
Before I used to feel so depressed when my favorite person ignores my message for days or weeks. Now Im like: please ignore me longer so I dont look bad when I dont talk to you ever again 🙏.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! 🙏 You’ve hit the nail on the head - it’s truly about focusing on self-improvement and growth, not about chasing what’s gone. I’m glad you enjoyed the video! If you found it valuable, please consider sharing it with others who might need this message. Your support means a lot! 💪✨ What was the part that resonated most with you?
Thank you so much for sharing this invaluable information and insight on how to handle being rejected and or broken up with. Going through a tough breakup right now and have been listening to a lot of your videos and it truly made me feel better. I am applying the silence treatment and distancing myself from her and the situation so that I can start my own self healing. I view myself as a high value man that brought a lot to our relationship and after watching these videos, it really put things into perspective and gave me some mental peace that I was struggling with these past few weeks. Thank you so much again for these videos, they are truly life changing, empowering and healing.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and kind words! I'm really glad to hear that the videos have helped bring some clarity and peace during such a challenging time. It’s amazing that you're taking the steps to focus on your healing and applying Stoic principles to regain your inner strength. Recognizing your own value and taking time for self-care is crucial, and it sounds like you're on the right path. Keep going, and remember that this journey will help you grow even stronger. Wishing you continued strength and healing - feel free to reach out if you need anything!
"Testing boundaries." LOL, this is so accurate! I stopped talking to this girl a few weeks ago, but she "tests my boundaries" by deliberately saying hello. She knows I'm not talking to her, yet she makes it a point to say hello at work. My question is, does the closure part happen next? Because right now, she's mirroring my strategy by not speaking-with the exception of hello and goodbye.
These videos have been an enormous confirmation for me. I grew up with a narcissistic, histrionic, emotionally and physically abusive mother. I would blindly find my mother's likeness in most women I was attracted to. These videos confirmed what I had discovered during a classical personal psychoanalysis on the couch: money well spent. Such insight is difficult to obtain without a mirror reflection but these videos can help many young men.
Thank you so much for sharing your story and your kind words. It’s incredibly powerful to hear how these videos have resonated with your journey of self-discovery and healing. Recognizing patterns and breaking free from them is no small feat, and it’s inspiring to see the growth you’ve achieved through introspection and effort. If these videos have been even a small part of that process, I’m truly honored. Your insight about the importance of a ‘mirror reflection’ is profound, and I hope these messages can continue to help others on their paths as well. Thank you for being part of this community-your story will surely encourage others to reflect and grow too.
With couple of glass of wine she said to me a few times "I don't respect you as a husband, because you don't support me" I was working 2 jobs back then. Then she said "I want you to leave this house" out of a stupid political arguing. Then I left the house that night with all my belongings. I told her I was homeless she didn't care much.. right now, I'm at peace and reconnecting with myself. I don't need her approval for anything anymore. She is now lovely, cooking for me and calling me "honey". Too late for her....
Thank you for sharing your story. It takes a lot of strength to walk away and choose your peace, especially when you were already giving so much. I'm glad to hear that you've found a place of peace and self-connection. It’s incredible how shifting our focus inward can change the dynamic in relationships. Your journey is a great reminder that we don't need anyone else's approval to feel whole. Keep prioritizing your self-respect and well-being. And thank you again for being open - your story might resonate with and help others who are going through something similar. If you enjoyed the video, feel free to share it with others who might benefit too. Stay strong!

This was such a refreshing perspective! I appreciate how you focus on self-worth and emotional resilience rather than external validation. It’s content like this that truly helps people evolve.
Thank you for this insightful exploration! The way you applied Stoicism-focusing on what we can control and letting go of the need for external validation-is incredibly empowering. It’s refreshing to see how these ancient principles are still so relevant, helping us maintain dignity and self-respect in today's complex social interactions.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Please share the video with someone who might benefit from it and let us know what resonated with you the most!
You are absolutely correct, she started to control me by manipulation and showing me that I am 1of 10th person in the normal world . Now i become silent.
Intriguing approach! The Stoic principles really put modern relationship dynamics into perspective. It's refreshing to see how maintaining emotional control can actually empower us in relationships.
Man that opening statement: "Today im going to show you why women have a deep down love, appreciation, and respect for men who will routinely cheat on them as well as lie to them"
Thank you so much for watching and for catching that opening statement! It’s definitely a bold and thought-provoking start meant to challenge common perspectives and get us all thinking deeper about relationship dynamics. I'm glad it resonated with you. Feel free to share this video with others who might appreciate the message, and let me know what other parts stood out to you the most. Your thoughts are always valuable here!
Your videos are getting better and better. Can't thank you enough for shoving the red pill down my throat. Everything i thought about love and relationships was wrong
“If you are doing everything right, you are doing everything wrong, If you are doing everything wrong, you are doing everything right.” You heard it here FIRST.
What a thought-provoking video! Applying Stoicism to understand the dynamics when you stop chasing someone not only provides clarity but also a path to genuine self-worth and emotional maturity. The discussion on evaluating our worth based on our principles rather than others' reactions was particularly impactful.

The whole video, word by word nodding my head in validation of living it. Never in my life had I placed myself on an altar completely consumed for another person who was simply not capable of appreciating me. It was my fault thou ultimately being many years her senior. My complete focus now is on my relationship with the Lord. It supercedes any mortal relationship. God bless everyone....🙏♥😇✝️

You definetly deserve compliments out of good karma. You have put into your projects so much effort and help to others, that’s really special. Makes you shine like a true beautiful kind person.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words! It truly means a lot to know that the effort put into these projects is making a positive impact. Your support and encouragement inspire me to keep creating and sharing. I’m deeply grateful for your kindness-it's comments like yours that truly brighten my day!
Stopped talking to her on Tuesday and she got upset to the point she was almost in tears. A mutual friend told me. I was confused because I was simply doing my thing and not giving her attention like usual. Either she just likes attention and doesn’t really value me or she really does like me and it hurts when I’m not giving her time and attention.
Thank you for watching and supporting the channel! It sounds like a tricky situation, and I get where your confusion is coming from. Sometimes, stepping back a little can reveal how others truly feel. It’s possible that she values you and misses your presence, especially if she's used to your consistent attention. Or, as you mentioned, it could be more about the attention itself. Either way, it might be a good moment to observe her actions going forward-they often reveal more than words. If you found this video helpful, feel free to share it with others who might relate to situations like this! Thanks again for being here.
Shes my neighbor she plays hot and cold game ...n when I stop talking she will start coming to my house late hours n ask help or sometimes bringing me food just chose not 2 ingage on meaningful conversation with her ...I answer with straight n simply answers ...
once I admitted that I was tired of being last to her career and started to move on I’ve gotten stronger we broke up in February 2024 after 25 year marriage and our divorce happened November 7, 2024. She’s crying every time she sees me now I’m in our house with my kids, and she knows that she’s gonna be lonely for the rest of her life. She chose her job over my family and me.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and your strength in this journey. It takes a lot of courage to recognize when you’re not being valued and to make a decision for your own well-being, especially after such a long marriage. I can imagine how tough it must have been, but your growth and resilience are inspiring. It’s clear that you’ve made a choice to prioritize your own happiness and your family. Stay strong, focus on your healing, and continue building a positive life for yourself. If this video has been helpful, please share it with others who might find value in it. Wishing you and your kids the best as you move forward.

Just BS

Check out stoicism and adopt some behavioral psychology maybe see a therapist but first get sober for a time to make some actual strong straight forward decisions 👍🏻 we can do this
I ve been in my relationship for 17 years and wow the things people can say or do when emotionally distressed is crazy.

She will finally get you. She's telling you "l am emotionally more mature than you" and she wants you to know it.
U still enjoy her attention. If u didnt care anymore and ready to move on you'd block her tbh. Just speaking from experience
That is some of the best advice I've heard in awhile. Thank you!
NEVER do the ‘go back’ I did it once and it was a major mistake
Wow, the concept of using silence as a tool for introspection and self-respect really resonated with me. Stoicism truly shines here. Great content!
once I admitted that I was tired of being last to her career and started to move on I’ve gotten stronger we broke up in February 2024 after 25 year marriage and our divorce happened November 7, 2024.
