I would also appreciate more detailed instructions on your setup here. Which cords did you use? Exactly how are they routed through the rack and the saddle? Thanks!
I use a similar setup and this video came up mysteriously in my recommendations list. I took out my handheld paint sprayer from the garage a few days ago and now I see that same paint sprayers review videos in youtube recommendations. There are more. Can someone explain how they are doing this?
You can always tilt the bike lower to get on. Have a bike that is too tall for my build but i can make it work by simply tilting bike. If i were to compare my bike to the one shown here, the seat height compared to the man is about the same for me. However, the bar going from the seat to the steering wheel on mine is right against the seat. Meaning the lowest seat setting on my bike is what is shown on the bike in the video. Dismounting was the tricky part when getting used to it. If not going to immediately stop, i swing my leg back and stand on the pedal like a scooter. Then just step off once bike slows enough. If i need to stop quickly and don’t have enough width to lean bike to step on the ground, then i have to swing my leg over the bar and fully dismount. The motion is like similar to just crossing my legs when sitting. If it isn’t a sudden stop and don’t want to fully dismount, then i twist my body to the side. Just enough to let my thigh dangle on the top bar if i want to keep bike more upright and still touch ground.if i got the space, then i’ll just let the bike tilt to the side like a full 45 degrees or more for extra comfort while keeping foot on pedal for quick start up.
YES! Holy Hell... I've finally found a cheap and easy mounting method that works for a regular backpack!
Thank you!

Very good quick and easy
Would work great on a step thru frame. I doubt I can still kick my old leg that high anymore.

I lay my backpack across the rack sideways and bungle it. Lower center of gravity is more stable
