A DAY IN MY KINDER TEACHER LIFE: class updates, small group sneak peek & spring break hangout

Hi y'all! In this video I share some classroom updates from the past month. The day I filmed was the 3rd day of an optional enrichment camp hosted during spring break for struggling learners. We did not have a typical routine those three days, but I filmed two small group sessions with the few students that showed up. We reviewed our sight words using Eyewords, practiced segmenting sounds in CVC words, and then recording them in Elkonin boxes. Next, I worked with two students that are struggling with isolating and identifying beginning sounds. After school I hung out with my teacher bestie and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon together. I'm hoping to record a couple of videos next week. I was going to this week but I got sick. One will be small groups in a bilingual classroom and the other a day in my life/doctor office dramatic play set up.
