This is a reverse puzzle game where you play as the puzzle designer and an AI solves the puzzles, your goal is to make it take as long as possible while still being solvable. Now we have a character that can catapult a different character in a 3.5 range radius.

This an anti puzzle game not a reverse. reverse puzzle game is starting from the end to the start while anti puzzle game is a rule switch of some kind.
